just last night i wrote that an rto was hopefully the case, the issue is, its not global vision, as far as we know. what i'm really disappointed in is robert menzel, has he come in to strip and buy the assets in the usa, angry is an understatement. there was something shared here, something regarding pata 32. thats why lunn wants 50% of ppp usa corp. the big money is in that / those lease (s). petroleum engineers have been onsite and have done well testing and come up with impressive figures. why have we not been part of that plan robert? explains why robert is ceo, i knew he saw big value somewhere.
as for the rns today, im 50/50 on it. great, hot, using words like exciting - "the parties intend to proceed as quickly as possible with this proposed acquisition. further announcements concerning this potentially transformative and exciting acquisition by pennpetro will be made in due course as appropriate."
but its in ukraine, not the best place for investment although i guess it could work out really transformative (but its a big if). i thought it was a polish il and gas field? or is there two plays now, poland & ukraine? so as per the rns it states we would be rto'd by the "enlarged group" (do we have a company name)? or will it be a brand new business name and change of name for ppp? its a new company thats been created. so could go both ways either really awesome or really crap and robert menzel / rafa gets the good stuff in the usa! bastard!
or is rmd / gv all going into this company with ppp? its a bit of an unknown at the moment lots of questions in my head, not many answers.
i see it stated a new prospectus will be issued, still waiting on this please lunn and co!

ok so they have been doing operational work then via 2d seismic data, so they should have plenty of info on the prospectus for us. like i said there could be **** loads of oil and gas and we do really well but the issue is - trust.
we need more info. my heart is pulled in 2. i want ppp to succeed but i want to know info. i want us to come back with something exceptional, who knows it could be but how many of us really trust whats going on now?
