No newunc I disagree. The TG have not said no to the RTO. They are making sure the deal is a fair one and to ensure that we don't get used and abused and diluted to oblivion.

Now come RMD let's make a nice deal for all involved. Bring on at least £30m mcap and keep our shares down to a minimum.

I don't know what plan the major shareholders are working on but do we not have another AGM soon? I can't remember tbh

I am happy to have RMD on board but let's hope dilution is kept to a minimum and we get back trading with some excellent RTO news. Hopefully Ukraine peace talks take place and actually get signed off and coupled with big oil finds this will be a massive boost to our share price!

Profit Hunter - I'm not obsessed with Tom Evans. I am trying to figure out if having him back would actually be good for us. I only want the best for my shareholding and other shareholders money.

I'm not connected and I'm not clueless. I'm merely speaking from my point of view looking at it before Tom and after Tom.

Also I doubt many of the telegram are shorters. Most of them are concerned shareholders that want a big return on their holdings just like me.

Ah well now we have to go with RMD I guess (if the deal is a fair one). When are we going to find out what the prospectus looks like? I need to see this asap before making my mind up

Zag I was disappointed in Tom leaving ppp but when I've asked why he left, some have said because he was out numbered and had a stronger position as an outsider. I'm not sure if I agree completely but I do know that Tom got deals done and investors to invest over the years so as much as many believe he is a crook, we never got to hear his side of the story (well we did but not fully). I don't think Tom is squeaky clean but he loved ppp that much is known. I don't think he would come back as a CEO but who knows maybe he will do a Q&A with shareholders one day but I doubt it now he's left.

I think some of the pledged shares are for Tom and other major shareholders from the past, I am not sure if Lunn is due some though, maybe some through companies? God knows.

All I do know is ppp 2 should hopefully come back strong providing a good deal is made for both the companies and existing SH's. Hopefully Ukraine is a very good asset but I would love Texas to be brought back under our wing as that's a guaranteed money maker.

Yes zag - those leases exist......... But may be under a diff company name..... Or on "behalf of" another company...

Tom gets deals done and brings in finance from contacts. I don't overly trust Tom but willing to give him a chance to prove himself

Unfortunately I think GV have taken those now into PPP USA.......no wonder they wanted to give up 4m of debt to have 50% ownership in the new leases!!!! They will make back the 4m easily in the first year or two!

Sharebels comment was a good comment and tbh I think it could happen if a good deal is struck for all parties and the Ukrainian asset is proven to be a good one. £1 per share might be a bit far away yet but definitely 50/60p would be achievable in the near term (if they keep dilution to a min and get drilling and find oil and gas with a low number of shares the share price will rocket imo.

If we add texas (pata32) then we will be worth well over £1 per share.

Lunn hasn't gone completely imo. As he said in his rns he would take an advisory role. I hope that isn't the case but how can we prove otherwise.

Ppp UK gets Ukraine and other scraps (hopefully they are good too)

Probably how they have got around it by not associating the leases with ppp UK

Zag I think the way around it is that they may be linked only to ppp USA corp and that isn't linked to ppp UK? Maybe? I don't know.
