RE: Red: Vote No2 Dec 2025 09:24
Profit hunter - Your right, no shareholder is more Important than the other. Now look at how they've combined Jesse's shares in amongst other things. Really that should be a resolution on its own. At 6m shares Jesse is a major player and currently it's silenced him. He deserves his shares pronto.
As for the other things surrounding ppp, we need clarity on the assets, Ukraine, Canada, USA and anywhere else. We need proper details otherwise it's just looking like a false thing to try and get votes. We need facts and figures now.
Pledged shares - these need to be paid back. But before paying these back, why can we not stagger this out, it keeps the share price healthier and it's better to stagger these payments rather than raise all at one go, including the headroom shares. These aren't all necessary now.
I hope the bod read this and can come to an agreement with the majority shareholders in the telegram group that are in discussions with them.
I want ppp back trading, trust me I do. I need the money and my sanity back.
If I lose some, ok I have to take it on the chin but we could do well here providing they keep dilution down to a minimum and get us some good operational news to come back with, we may come back much stronger. I think the bod needs to listen to what we are saying. We can accept some dilution for the RTO and moving forward but it needs to be staggered or performance driven, it needs be fair for all of us.
Together we could work really well rather than against eachother all the time. Only time will tell if this can be achieved. I hope it can.
