Growmorecash - I swear down, I want ppl back but I can't afford nor want to be diluted heavily. I didn't sign up to this so now it's a matter of believing and trusting gut instinct.

I now wish I had never heard of ppp and I'm really sad to say that because it was an awesome little share, the GV deal was great, the number of shares in issue were low (awesome just 96m shares), the assets etc

Now what do we have? Atm it's just Ukraine????????? How about Canada, USA, Poland assets? Where's the info on those? Where is the info on the RTO details and % of what dilution is likely to be?(They'll know this approx figure)

There's a lot of trust been lost and the company do need to regain the trust of all shareholders. I think the company can still achieve great things but only if the company work closely (and well) with shareholders. Transparency is key

I have been thinking long and hard and all of this and just not sure I can vote yes unless we get some concrete into on Wednesday night. We need all the details, we need the % of dilution for the RTO and as much information on the assets as possible. Poland, USA, Ukraine and Canada

Without these then how can people be expected to vote team? There could also be an alternative option shortly. I don't have more info before people ask.

We have a few more days left before deciding how to vote. I haven't voted yet but I think I know how I'm going to vote.

Wouldn't it be nice for ppp to have as little dilution as possible? Hopefully a bit more info on the RTO, the assets in ukraine, Canada, USA are released. Some vital info will be the rto % of dilution and the plan going ahead.

Prospectus info would be lovely too if they can share that within a few days? Please?

If nobody believes gasman, I also vouch for him. He's telling the truth. I think more info will be released on this in the next few days or so. Whether you believe it or not it is true.

As for the voting, vote as you please - that's every shareholders right.

There was a poll months ago about shareholdings and we all sent in our shareholding proof and it was calculated. There was loads and loads of in pi's hands and that's all we know of in telegram(a lot didn't even participate in the vote!)

I'm sure it was 36-38% so a realistic figure will be 45% plus if everyone answered. That's just in telegram.

Then there's all the PI's who are not in telegram !

This is why the votes are so strong and 80% plus

were against lunns proposed resolutions if you remember.

There was a poll and the numbers equated to 36% and there were at least 70 people that hadn't answered the poll!

It could be closer to 50% if everyone voted. On the telegram there are nearly 200 members yet there are a lot that only look but not speak or chat on there.

Zag it kind of is in the hands of the bod and I'll explain my logic.

If they share all the details of the new assets in the USA, Canada and Ukraine and Poland then we will have a good understanding of the net worth and potential asset valuation / company valuation.

Also they should share the RTO information with us which will help us choose which way to vote.

As for staggered dilution this could be a viable option which is fair for all parties.

Not all the shares need to be raised now in my opinion, we could come back healthier with as little shares raised as possible.

Also coupled with good news and the USA and Poland assets might be a game changer so let's have It.

Forget 30m mcap, it would be nice for ppp to be more like 100 mcap!

You say there are no operational going on..... Ok so let us know when the return to trading will be and details on RTO numbers, dilution % and I really want full details on the assessment s we have...Alberta Louisiana Canada.

Ukraine doesn't excite me, perhaps because it's in Ukraine and completely unexplored and I'm a little nervous about that tbh.

Don't be fooled into thinking I want this to sink. I really don't!

I want us to come back better than ever. Trust will need to be rebuilt and Info shared asap.
