Hepran I'm no expert here I'm openly admitting this. What does this mean for us? Do you have a good understanding?

We do not want our investments diluted to oblivion do we. Do you trust the board the be 100% above board and not dilute us to buggery?

Leddah I'm not hard work. I did vote no. But now look at the state of the resolutions passed.

1) they can raise what they want

2) they are restrained and now can't over dilute us in theory because they'll be diluting themselves(I think)

I just hope the yes voters understand the implications of these results.

What's this about offering extra shares to existing shareholders to offset dilution? New Unc mentioned it earlier but not been able to find much about it.

just logged on to check the rns and to say i'm a little confused by it all and what it means for us all going forward. so they can allot shares but by not passing the second resolution surely they will have to do rais a very carefully otherwise dilutes themselves in the process?

how has the voting turned out this way? did everyone check their broker as some votes didn't count after they changed the meeting name it seemed to cancel out votes.

i've just read that they have to alot shareholders more shares first? so we will all get?

Tebbin, I still believe that ppp can come good. It's a company that with the Global vision JV looked to be a real good investment. Some of those assets are no longer but the mention of 30 oil and gas wells that GV now has, were for ppp's relist.

They will be great if GV will work with PPP on those and be very profitable.

I think right now, it's trust at an all time low and somehow the board needs to win back investors and protect them the best they can. (Not dilute too much!) And perhaps even make PPP a great little company which will bring big returns to shareholders.

Let's see how tomorrow goes. It's been a long road for us all invested.

I think you have to understand we can't just come back. We need shareholder value. We need minimal dilution otherwise the resolutions may not be passed. I think everyone could work together but it's going to need the company to really listen to it's shareholders and their concerns.

I have been invested in ppp since July 2024! I am a BIG supporter of the company, I invested in good faith, hard savings because I trusted the companies RNS's.

When the other Chairman came in (SL) nothing was short of a shambles. There was no communication, emails were just ignored (nobody ever responded to me) and no info for twelve months really except doom mongering.

So now how are we going to believe the board? What assurances do we have? I have more money I'm keen to invest here if the assets are good and the company actually moved forward and get operational work going!

Texas 30 wells - PATA32? Please can we have info on those? What are we talking there? What are the numbers?

Dilution is a big worry for most here, what will the dilution % be? We need to keep it down to a minimum. We need to look at staggering this dilution over a number of years (2 maybe)?

Hepran, Honestly its not jelousy. We are all in the same boat whether you bought under 1p or at the high of 12.5p ?

The reality is just that, those who got in dirt cheap are obviously always going to beg for this to come back because their get out price is way less than someone who bought at 10p for example. Its obvious Hepran.

Anyway we are still suspended, it all hinges on the votes now. If the yes votes do get it i really really really hope for all our sakes that the business do look after shareholders and i hope PPP becomes a 200m mcap (or more) company. I was listening to the investor call again and its rather interesting when he mentioned Globalvision have 30 oil and gas wells. Howcome we havent had Menzel come out and discuss more about those?
