Why can't we raise these shares after the prospectus and after we've returned to trading?

I am supporting the bod but I ask for clarity and details on the RTO and also the prospectus before voting.

Otherwise I will have to withdraw my vote.

There must be loads like myself that want more details before voting yes. That is fair enough don't you know think?

I want PPP to come back bigger better than ever but we need excellent news now. Like urgent.

I don't know new uncle. I really want my money back. That's all I want. I hate being embroiled in this as a PI. It's been totally unfair and something that shouldn't ever be experiencing here. We invested in something completely different to this.

Guys tbh I've had a read of the comments today and Gasman is talking a lot of sense. You neee to take notes on what he's saying.

The shares can come after the prospectus. We need the prospectus now so we can decide how to vote. The Q&A sessions aren't really giving much info out in detail from what I hear so if we have the prospectus and all the RTO details then it would make it easier to vote.

I hope a fair deal is being worked out between shareholders and the ppp BOD.

It's basically all of them agreeing to get it cheaper at 28p as a joint effort and a they know it'll make them all billions in a few years. So very clever move from them all. Shady and kick the pi's in their balls.

So that's great spodulike based on current number of shares in issue our share price would be 28p ish if we were 30m mcap now

So what will the dilution be? Then we can work out the share price on return.

Also we need to hope the mcap is far higher than 30m mcap the higher the better for us.

Now I have to hope RMD and ppp will pull the rabbit out of the hat. We are now hoping Ukraine and Canada and USA assets (if true) come good.

Why can't raises be staggered including the pledged shares over the course of 24months. This will protect the SP and stabilise it. Also it protects existing shareholders.

We can then grow from that if Ukraine is a thing plus get Texas back on the books.

I want what I invested in originally tbh. Texas.

I just want my hard earned money back now. I don't want to play any games or be lied to or have to wait and wait and wait. I just want my money back. I feel trust has been lost now tbh

I would like to see this come good and hope for a fantastic strong return but unless we have Texas back on the books (the ones where Petroquest want 50% of) and without a lot of detail on Ukraine then I'm not sure the resolutions will pass a yes.

Tebbin I could be wrong but isn't Petroquest taking 50% of ppp (USA corp) assets and not the UK side of ppp?

We need that Texas and USA licenses to be shared with us too. That's where I think the big money is.

Good morning all. So where are ppp getting their seismic data from? Hopefully they'll explain tonight where the £30m plus valuation will come from.

I haven't voted yet. I'm waiting for loads of info from the bod yet. Details of operational news, what was going on in Texas, what Canada assets are there, more about Ukraine etc. I'd love to vote yes and have this back trading but we need stability and positives to come back with. I just hope that the Ukraine license isn't just to gather votes.

We need and want Texas please. That's why we invested here. If it's good enough for petroquest then we will have too.

A staggered approach to raises and perhaps even performance driven or milestone driven would be a good bet which ensures share price stability and growth without destroying all current holders shareholdings and also will look a lot more solid to new investments from II's or major shareholders and the market.

I believe ppp still have what it takes to be at least a 100m mcap company, probably even 200m mcap, but depends how they play it from here. Now I usually get backlash for this type of comment but the assets we have are not worthless and plus Ukraine although in war torn area is still probably a gem in disguise (I don't know) here's hoping. BUT IN MY HEART I BELIEVE TEXAS NEEDS TO BE BACK IN ACTION for us to enable larger scale growth 📈

But I could well be wrong, it's just my opinion. Anyway what more is there to say. I hope the board read these messages, we want fair deal for all parties which I think is fair enough 👍🏼🙏🏼

I think the major shareholders should make a fair deal with the company and everyone can move forward.

It needs to be fair. They need to ensure dilution is kept to a minimum and we need assurances that the RTO will not take place immediately otherwise it would be leaving one suspension and onto another immediately. None of us want that.

I think they may well gain a new bunch of investors if they provide good operational updates and details and particularly if they include Texas again with some sort of royalty deal then the market will love that I'm sure.

I hope everyone can make a deal that a fair for all parties 🙏🏼👍🏼
