RE: Court case19 Nov 2025 08:28
ASI howcome you seem really touchy now and having dogs at people here? Is it because the "No Votes" won?
Look, imo I think that ppp still has a future, whether or not Stephen Lynn was part of it (he is probably still behind the scenes) but I think we need to move on now.
Now is the chance for this renewed bod to come and prove to shareholders that they want success.
No way would they be here if ppp was worthless. There is Def some value in ppp, particularly in north American and Canadian assets. We need to be a part of the USA leases and asap. Once we relist we will hopefully have a minimum of 30p mcap and I understand we may need to raise funds but there are ways to do it and it could be staggered. Some dilution may be required but we need to be fair for both parties. Some dilution (if it means it's for very good USA assets) is probably ok but just needs to be staggered and that way SH value can grow over time even with the odd raise now and then for operational purposes for example.
I have no clue when we will relist. The telegram group is very tight lipped for obvious reasons but I think discussions are being had between SH's and the board and communication is already better from Spinks.
What we need to see now are some good rns's in relation to RTO (if it's happening) and some good ops updates, hopefully with USA leases back on (remember they said they could be added again).
I'm still optimistic of ppp future but it would be nice to have some positive news and resume trading this side of Christmas!!! Worst case scenario in January!
The lower number of shares in issue the more our SP will be worth imo, particularly coupled with good news and good ops updates. 108m shares in issue currently which is very good and low. We need to keep it as low as possible and there could be big rises in sp for us in the future once all this has been sorted between the bod and SH's.
