I do agree there was something oddly subdued about the tone and content of the RNS this morning. Very vanilla, no reference to it being a transformative moment for the company or that we were now generating revenue (as claimed here).

I’m not going to pretend to be an expert on oil profit so I won’t read into the comments about the “produced fluids” being transported not the “ oil”, but the overall vibes aren’t great. I’d hope that’s manipulation but suspect dsymons is right and it’s just the market wanting to see evidence of what the well(s) can generate to assign value

Heron 1 won’t even cover the corporate overheads.

To my knowledge that not true. He’s never said anything is typed up, let alone signed. It needs to be agreed, drafted, ratified and signed and currently none of things has finalised and he’s told us it’s not happening soon.

Oh abzbba you can’t really think I’m being by paid by people to manipulate anything? I’d encourage people NOT make any decisions based on what I’ve got to say about this share or indeed any other - in fact I’d strong recommend people not to. In any case, I thought the accusation was I was talking it down for a better entry price? Or is the penny dropping I’m just another shareholder smarting at a poor decision?!

35p is a complete joke, there’s no planet on which this will be a near billion dollar entity. Absolute desperation making that claim. Shame on you.

If I have to get out with a 10-12% loss over a couple of months then I’ll take the hit and learn a lesson. If Heron 2 is >80% likely then I’ll probably RISK waiting till then, certainly for some of my stake. That’s where we are now - just gambling on binary outcomes.

Funny comments in here, I sense even the pumpers are running out of steam, hence pivoting to spreading FOMO about a takeover over the winter. Hopefully that’s the case, but nobody will do anything before seeing the flow rates at H1 and the well test results at H2.

I’m giving serious thought to selling. I realised a long time go holding for a takeover is a poor strategy and usually an excuse for poor fundamentals.

The next positive catalysts are

1. heron 2 results early November

2. Signing of a deal to sell

The first of those carries a risk of non commercial success over 80-20 in our favour. We’ve already seen attempts on here to claim commercial production isn’t the primary aim of the drill and thus it wouldn’t be bad news. Which I can assure you the market wouldn’t agree with.

Deal doesn’t sound that close. God knows why but looks deliberate to me given how long they’ve been speaking and that production was supposed to happen a while ago. I don’t think revenue will be achieved without a deal but may well be wrong, it’s not worth re hashing. Those who think there is a deal already presumably won’t think an actual deal will move the SP either. So what else will?

Hopefully the persistent seller(s) dry up as that’s not helping either. Even the Telegram lads know that, hence spending alot of time discussing every sell and slating the seller(s).

Let’s hope for a steady rise from here but overall something does sound off given the price is lower than when we didn’t have a production permit.

Yeah perhaps I will soon close my account that I’ve had for 3 years, posting on a range of stocks. Alternatively perhaps the bloke who has been here for 3 weeks, posting 25 times a day on a single stock might not survive. :)

I’m interested in this and said I wasn’t sure earlier on the likelihood.

Just seen the July presentation states “we think the chances of success are better than 80%”.

I assume chance of success is referencing chance of commercial success. Given the initial results, one may perhaps fairly speculate it’s in fact now even better / higher.

Hopefully it comes in. If it doesn’t, it’ll be bad news and the SP will be impacted imo.
