I’m a genuine holder. I post my beliefs about the company and just like you some are positive some are negative.

I hold 517533 shares bought in the last couple of months. I have sold any. I’m thinking of selling circs 150k of them today if I can get 2.55 because I’m increasingly of the view not all has gone well at H1 and / or H2. I don’t expect a deal to be confirmed with PC either. Like you I think someone might be suppressing the SP ahead of a buyout hence not wanting to sell them all.

So to people like you who are adamant I don’t hold, I’m saying you can pick the exact number eg 149995 and then I’ll sell that exact amount. You’ll see the trade and realise that I’ve been telling the truth.

Alternatively it’s probably easier to just find you on twitter and DM you the screenshot of my Barclays holding.

Your first post was a brilliantly constructive analysis.

Why you then pivoted to again accusing of lying is bizarre.

2.55 to sell is today logic for all the reasons I explained. I can prove very simply that I hold by letting you pick the exact figure. Why don’t you take me up on that if you’re so adamant? I’m not even asking anything in return!

No I’m not linked to anyone, not short, not trying to get a better price. I’m invested here but the more I’ve read the less convinced I’ve been - the spikes I expected around the drilling / permits never came so I’m trapped underwater.

I do agree there might be forces at play keeping this down ahead of a takeover (surely Petrovis makes total sense) which is one reason I’m still here.

I just think there’s a bit risk around the drill results and I don’t fancy being totally trapped longer term. Hence if I get 2.55 I’ll sell a third of mine for a small

loss.

I’m wrestling with what will hurt more - me selling for a loss and great news arriving or keeping hold

and a big drop on bad news.

Yep you might be right. I find it odd they wouldn’t mention a temporary deal to sell has been agreed but taking the fluid to them is weird without a proper deal to me either way

Just reflecting on that comment from the 2019 presentation in particular that is not seen before which suggests 2 wells won’t be enough - especially until we know what they actually produce. I just feel the positive catalysts I mentioned are getting less likely

Yes, there’s an already signed MOU as I understand it around sharing facilities.

Different to the deal to sell when has been in the process of being negotiated for years. And despite expecting production months and years ago still

hasn’t been agreed. They still haven’t agreed an administration fee (I won’t pretend to know what that relates to), let alone drafted it to final form, or had it ratified or signed.

Producing 300bopd won’t make us self sustaining. 821bopd might, but I still doubt it. But the company haven’t guided 821bop have they, so that’s a little more than “modest”

Yes it’s says it’s in NEAR final form. So absence a final form contract that then needs ratifying and signing, where is the deal to sell?

More advice from proquo rather than addressing substance. I see both sides - I set out a list of potential positive / negative events yday. Perhaps you missed that - you certainly didn’t offer anything.

I might sell some today though, I’m getting close to break even so might manage risk.

Yes a future raise might be a good idea - I’ve not said otherwise. My comment was merely that a raise is more likely than a 2025 dividend. Sounds like you agree with me there - so be a brave boy and say so.

For all the hype about us producing £10m of WINTER revenue, here’s a more sobering (accurate) estimate as to what’s required to bring in profit

Admittedly that was based on Brent at $60, but presumably the capex has similarly increased since 2019. And we’ve only spent half of that anyway.

£10m winter revenue and 2025 winter dividends - as WOS says don’t listen to bb chat, stick to what the company says :)

Groundhog Day here (again!)

WOS trying to whip FOMO with yet more failed RNS is due “Header says it all” assertions and the rest of them turn up to spin how no news on well performance, stimulation test or a deal with PC to actually sell our product is infact yet more of a positive. The same people who told us to expect the news mid October. It’s one thing being wrong but imagine being wrong even on your own terms :)

Fair play to Thorn for being honest enough to tell recognise that things *can* go wrong in a Mongolian drilling operation.

Can doesn’t mean as a matter of fact have, simply be aware of the possibility. Like when we lost a week due to the rain.
