Tell us why Zeus are able to give such a positive update that the CEO himself didn’t want to write that? Where is their additional knowledge coming from and when were they furnished with the market sensitive news?

My contention is NOBODY knows whether it can be fixed or that’s just what it is. Not the CEO (as he confirmed), not me, not you and not Zeus.

I’ve acknowledged it might come good and if so I suspect the SP will recover to some extent.At the very least it will have reminded a few people that extracting oil in Mongolia isn’t exactly shooting fish in a barrel.

My prediction is it won’t because I didn’t sense much confidence from the CEO. If I’m wrong that’s fine, I’ll be honest about it. It’s a speculative opinion.

YOU were expecting an RNS saying H2 was ALREADY in production. When you get one saying it’s not only not in production but might not be commercial, surely you need to reassess?

Similarly you thought we were already producing 300bopd from H1 and already selling it.

Exactly. He didn’t. Because nobody, least of all Zeus know if it’s going to be producing after minor remedial work. If it is, great holders will have done better than me because the drop in that scenario will have been over some.

Quoting Zeus…Jesus when will you learn. They aren’t imperial for a start. Secondly, where are they getting these nuggets about H2 being fixable cheaply? The company themselves, whose job it is to promote the stock didn’t offer such reassurance, infact they said 30bopd was quite usual for the basin.

It MIGHT be something they can fix, but open your eyes to the fact it might not be. Then what?

Pro quo I never claimed to call H2 right - if you stop to read what I say, I actually said I got that WRONG. I thought it would be commercial, as per the company guidance of being >80% likely. Had it not have been a shocking result the SP wouldn’t have crashed - despite the ongoing perplexing absence of a deal to sell. Which i did try to flag but you all knew better.

The only thing I was right about re H2 was that it wouldn’t be put on production this years. Others like yourself were promoting a “no news is good news” agenda which isn’t really how drills on AIM work - especially when they are time critical to get the results before a winter shut down. Again, just show some humility and reflect on the facts as we now know them.

We all make mistakes, just some of us do so honestly and take the opportunity to reflect. Others just lash out and pretend to be happy with a dog dirt RNS.

Weren’t we expecting 300bopd initially? We’ve got 200-300 with the POSSIBILITY it might be better than expected long term. But what were the long term expectations - not sure they were ever documented?

I’m not invested anymore. I told everyone my exact holding and then posted the same time this morning. So there should be no doubt i held and was being honest in my analysis.

I doubt everyone else has been similarly honest and genuine - it’s an AIM message board though so to be expected.

Knowing how all AIM companies like to soften bad news I don’t hold much hope - as they say themselves 30bopd “is in line with flow rates reported from some other wells in the basin”.
