You’ll see (apart from H5), H2 was the nearest well to H1. It was graded at an over 80% chance of success by the company.

Despite the likes of Thorn falsely (probably just mistakenly) claiming it was on the periphery it was anything but.

Yeah exactly why I took my medicine. The company just flushed $1.5m on Gobi, $1.5m on H2 (assuming the contractor picked up the bill for the delays / extra work) and are now entirely reliant on H1 which is producing 200-300 bopd. With the added bonus that there still isn’t a deal that has been drafted, ratified or signed. So zero income for the foreseeable.

And what’s the future - drill H3 and hope for the best? Utterly f o o k e d

Yeah I sold for 1.82 with an acknowledgement it might bounce higher shortly. I’d rather have the money (and loss) than pretend this is worth more than £24m. It has 1 producing well and no money to fund future ones.

A big loss for me. I’m sure it’ll be higher over the next few days and hours possibly but it’s not for me, it’s a joke of a company. H2 was the nearest well to H1 and has bombed.

Doesn’t matter though - being proved completely correct is a poor second to making money. The pain of my loss is somewhat offset by knowing how much the ultras will be losing. Especially given they kept buying more apparently :)
