Doesn’t matter though - being proved completely correct is a poor second to making money. The pain of my loss is somewhat offset by knowing how much the ultras will be losing. Especially given they kept buying more apparently :)

The other thing is the deal STILL isn’t even drafted. After which it needs ratifying and then signing - the latter we’ve already been told is a lengthy process. So no income for a decent period it seems, that’s before we consider the payment terms / timeframes.

And initial flows at H1 aren’t even the 300 we were told to expect (admittedly early days). Still, good news about the jam tomorrow.

A saving grace is the $2.5m costs to bring H2 to production can be banked.

So it turns out out we didn’t have a deal to sell after all.

And H2 is a DUSTER, not already producing.

Good news re H1 but otherwise a very bad update and how I wish I’d cashed out. Where are the rest of the successful wells coming from now?

On the positive side I expect the likes of WOS, Tenbag and Abzzba will be hanging their head in silent shame today.

Id be the same, I’d run a mile from a board like this. I always said these boards don’t impact price but I must admit I’ll will look in future to temperature check the credibility of the bulls.

Would have saved myself some time here had I know the bulls argument was led by the likes of Tenbag, WOS, Anzbnza, Proquo and Hamm.

I’m embarrassed to be on the same side of a trade as them but at least it’s only a couple of months wasted for me - and hopefully a small loss at worst.

I shared a theory about Petrovis which a few sensible people thought was logical, nobody rebutted but it turns into a debate about whether 3p was a likely takeover price. It was a throwaway figure, albeit one which I’d be delighted with. If anyone was going mock throwaway figures I’d have thought the hilarious 2023 predictions would be more fun.

Coldspy was accused of being me, accused of committing the moral sin of having a Palestinian flag on his bio but has promised to play by Tenbags rules on telegram and been allowed back in. Coldspy you know where to find me in twitter if you want the proof about what I hold. If you don’t need the proof then that’s fine too.

I expect they’d bid the lowest they thought they could get it for. Personally I’d love 3p being offered tomorrow but I’d much prefer 5p obviously.

Let’s not get bogged down in the bid amount though, we’ll all have different perspective on what we might accept and it’s not worth a row. It’s the concept / likelihood that intrigues me most.

3p was an example figure.

That said I wouldnt expect 5p. The only share I’ve been involved that was subject to a takeover was SHG and that was barely a premium on the SP.

My EXAMPLE figure of 3p is a 20% premium. If there are examples of bids coming in at 100% premium I’d be genuinely interested to read about them.

I’d be DELIGHTED with 3p personally but obviously even more so with each incremental increase. Comes to something when celebrating a potential overnight 20% tick up is seen as spreading negativity. I think that just shows how underwater some are. :)

What does slightly temper my own theory is that they seemingly only took $1m in the bargain bucket raise. But this is AIM - don’t be surprised if some of the other chunks were taken by proxies.

Essentially I really doubt the middle England investors on AIM are going to make fortunes on a Mongolian oil field filling a Mongolian refinery.

I wouldn’t bother with the FCA, there’s no evidence of anything and they don’t bother with AIM even where there is.

But to email a complaint you must have a theory - you’re mocking mine that petrovis might be suppressing with the CEO being aware of an imminent bid which is fine, I’m a big boy and don’t mind. But what’s your theory?

It’s definitely not fact Hamm, it’s a theory.

I’ve been quite dismissive of market manipulation but the selling continues and aligned the underwhelming comms from the CEO it seems logical to me. I don’t know exactly how they may go about it but there was certainly suppression of good news in SHG just before a low ball offer came in that the CEo had been privy to for months.

Other theories are welcome. This isn’t a debate about anything factual.

I’m more and more of the opinion Petrovis are in charge of what’s going on.

17% shareholder (perhaps even more since they took a $1m in June) and would only need to notify when falling below 15% as I understand it. They’ve had Board reps for a long time haven’t they.

Makes logical sense. I was in SHG when the CEO more than acquiesced with a similar internal type takeover which shareholders were furious with. I just don’t see the Mongolians letting AIM investors into the sweet shop now our money has stocked it.

To someone who would love a short term let’s say 3p takeover that’s a genuine POSITIVE but I appreciate others will have higher averages and long term aspirational hopes.

I said exactly the same about the RNS confirming production - CEOs are known for their bombast and he seemed pretty unmoved by the seemingly transformational step of being a producer. Similarly no other PR and even the news itself was broken by the Mongols.

Something odd about it all. This is a POSITIVE sign to me that something else is afoot and the price action adds weight to that theory. It’s the main reason I’ve not dumped despite some other concerns about the drilling. And if others aren’t concerned that’s fine, we can all manage risk as we see fit.

It’s just so tiresome having the same old rubbish spouted about my intentions. Nobody else is as transparent as me so I’d rather prove it.
