RE: Thoughts about share price manipulation.11 Apr 2025 10:49
I relistened to the AGM yday and did get the impression a PC buyout of Heron could be a goer, which as mentioned would partly explain why they can’t / won’t sign an agreement. This would be VERY POSITIVE for the SP in my opinion, albeit it would be for fractions of what some of the loons here might expect. It would be no more than the current MCAP to my mind.
As for the idea the company have rebuffed potential suitors the RNS makes it sound like they’re the ones trying to find a super, not the other way around.
“The Company is targeting financially and technically competent companies with a view to secure an injection of capital investment to drill new wells to accelerate production ramp up and so enhance value. Discussions are ongoing with three entities at this time”.
My ego is sufficiently balanced to be able to admit I’ve lost money on MATD and AIM generally, but I’m beginning to learn my lessons and turn the ship around. Companies that need funding need to be avoided and that’s what the current position is here. It’s why none of the ultras want to discuss the finances but instead dream of MASSIVE INVESTMENT headers and covering wealth funds. Hopefully not too many have been conned into losing by these clowns.
