I don’t even understand the gibberish so doubt I disagreed with it.

The plan is now to try and partner to fund development of the field, ie delvier producing wells. They couldn’t access all the other funding options you insisted they had when claiming they were fully funded for growth. So here we now awaiting a partner to do what we’re not able or willing to do and drill Heron 3 and hope for something better than Heron 2.

If you had evidence PC are definitely one of the entities in talks you’d share it. I’ve said I think it’s possible / probable they are one so it need not be this ridiculous back and forth - unless of course you’ve again been caught misleading the board. I’m sure thorn believes you anyway, just like when you told us a friend was buying some shares :)

A possible explanation would be PC trying to play hardball. But if they wanted to do that why offer to store it in the first place?

Whilst I take most things an AIM CEO says with a pinch of salt they need to be careful not stretching the truth on official releases. If he knows it’s tied to a potential sales deal he can’t say what he’s said to date.

I suspect it’s just PC not being that engaged and MB not having much influence but it’s alway smelled a bit whiffy.

I re watched the AGM last week and it struck me how vague he was about the specifics of work and timeframe.

What I did pick on was him saying / implying that the work is being done to help attract a partner. This is very logical and something I’ve said for a while, ie a partner would want to see what Heron 1 can actually produce in reality, not just in a 2019 test.

The other interesting comment was him saying we don’t just want to drill Heron3 and hope for the best (and end up with another Heron 2).

That’s pretty much what they want a partner to do though!

I know Thorn, you’re only here to mock other peoples other investments and tell us how smart you are.

The one thing you absolutely don’t want to do is have a fair minded discussion about this company and especially its risks.

And then you complain about the board whilst lapping up all the nonsense from WOS, Proquo and anyone else who adds “value” by commenting on every tick up.

Tripartite means a 3 way negotiation imo. So that’s different to 1 company simultaneously trying to find a partner with 3 other parties. Is that what you meant?

What do you mean by Tri-partite negotiations? My understanding is the company MATD are in discussions with 3 separate entities. That’s not a tripartite negotiation as i understand the term. Not wishing to be pedantic on language, just mindful you’ve repeatedly used the phrase without any query.

Further, I’m unaware they confirmed PC are on of the 3, altho there were arguably some hints in the AGM presentation.

They only had $3m at year end. They went through circa $3m in the first half of last year, not sure why this Half should be any lower cash burn - and probably much higher given there’s more operations.

Except I never mentioned a “massive” raise or a $10m.

I have said I think they’ll be a raise which eventually you accepted was a possibility. So there’s no evidence to tell me my belief is wrong, altho I accept it could be. If they can sell Heron they obviously won’t need one. Otherwise for the reasons I’ve given (from official sources) it’s clear cash is running out.

If there’s a raise you’ll tell us how great it is anyway because you’re clearly just here to post a relentlessly positive agenda. It’s just a shame some people get tricked by your giberish.

It’s not positioned for explosive growth it’s positioned to “tread water” because they’re a loss making company with limited access to capital.

Despite you telling us repeatedly they were fully funded for growth. They’re not even funded to get to July mate.

Whereas repeatedly telling everyone how great things are, how relaxed you are, commenting on every tick up and spreading misinformation is really productive.

These self congratulatory messages from people who have all bought higher than the current share price are amusing.

Production was announced in October - the SP is significantly down since that point and has been well under 2p for nearly all of that time.

It’s right and natural the people who have lost money would be cautious, pessimistic and / or sceptical. That’s healthy imo, especially when the facts are changing eg the non signing of the PC deal.

Imo any rationale balanced observer / investor would find the delay concerning or noteworthy. Those who believe the signing will lead to an immediate 40% uptick in the SP clearly regard it as material. If you don’t think it’s important you’re also entitled to that view - just respect others might see it differently

I think it’s the standard of your technical analysis people find amusing, especially when paired with the arrogance it’s delivered with. Eg Captain Hindsight told us to expect a December rally as that happened in 2022, then said it’d be the first few months of the year, then said May/June.

So half the year covered . And still we wait! :)

I’d be staggered if he used the words self funding.

And it depends what you mean by Heron Field development. The only way I expect additional producing wells to be funded is through partnerships because MATD don’t have the cash to bring any other wells to production.

They’ll do the work to improve Heron 1 and then see what else should be done next, but i thought he was talking about well tests for Gobi and Gazelle not development to production.

There is the potential for sensible debate on those interpretations.
