Why not just spell out in non gobberish who and what the major cash into MATD is about?

PC do indeed appear to be messing around which is why MB describes the situation as overdue and is also concerned about their failure to sign months after agreeing the deal.

The export licence is a little confused because MB said it couldn’t be applied for until AFTER there was a signed deal. Perhaps he mis spoke, we don’t know. However, IF MATD have to sell their own oil then that presumably becomes another step / hurdle. Genuine investors would want to examine these points rather than lazily and angrily dismiss them. Especially with the cash balance disappearing quicker than Thorns missus when she finds out he’s bet the farm on a Mongolian explorer. ;)

I think most of us find the delays / reasons not credible. I work in a fairly large organisation, £10b turnover tens of thousands of employees and this is frankly ridiculous to physically sign an agreement. But irrespective of my experience let’s look whether MATD regard this timeframe as expected / standard - or LATE…

19th September

14th November

Totally unimportant but as a matter in intellectual curiosity, if someone holds 1.3m MATD shares and says that’s circa 2% of their portfolio, why would Tenbag and the crew calculate his portfolio to be

“1.3 million shares at 3.2 is £41,600. If MATD is 2% of your portfolio, then you are worth £2.08 million”

1.3million shares are actually (and sadly for most) only worth £22,100, so the whole portfolio would be worth more like £1.1m. Or have I misunderstood and should my net worth include the figures I wish my shares were worth instead of what they actually are worth?!

Amazing how they only ever manipulate it down and there were no complaints when it was taken up 49% in a day based on absolutely nothing.

The (missing) signature is a very fair topic of conversation - most of us (if not WOS) regard it as material news. Personally I’ve always felt it will come, but also found it troubling why it’s dragged. At the very least it’s not impressive handling by the company to find themselves in this position, scrambling for alternative options nearly 6 months after production.

I also feel the timing is become more and more pressured, because they need to know when the revenue is likely to land - especially at a time when spring is here and remediation work can begin (subject to $$$).

There might be a further delay awaiting the export licence, that’s unclear. But even if the news comes tomorrow that there’s a sales agreement and export licence, how long will it take to transport the oil and receive payment. I very much doubt theyll be an immediate parachute payment of $1.2m. If it takes YEARS to agree a deal and MONTHS to physically sign it, are these people really going to pull their finger out and sell our oil, paying promptly when settled with their own buyer. Unlikely.

How long MB can / will wait for the signature will be interesting.

Investor, if you don’t want to talk about the POSSIBILITY of a raise stop going on about other people’s views on the likelihood.

In my case it’s just an opinion, albeit one that has been substantiated with logic - the kind of fundamental analysis you just can’t find on a ten year chart mate.

It’s a binary event, just respect the views of those who think they’ll be an outcome different to you. Just like apparently happened last year when once again you insisted there wouldn’t be one - and then admitted you wish you’d listened and sold up completely. Just remember that feeling buddy.

I’ve answered what I estimate it’ll cost to bring them to production which is what you were claiming at wkend. WOS then tried to help you yday but contradicted you by clarifying there is no plans to bring them to production this year they’ll be well tested (certainly Gobi and gazelle anyway).

So it seems they’ll be just H1 in production this year. Hopefully everyone has factored that in to their revenue expectations. I won’t labour the point, you’ve made it for me now, thanks
