Thank you! Indeed, a most enjoyable evening spent in discussion between a couple of serious HUR investors, with conversation not simply involving Hurricane Energy, both in technical terms but also stockmarket, but also rock music, the dangers of younger women, how AIM is 'manipulated', the price of excellent Japanese whisky, our mutual distrust of Crystal Amber, my own feelings about the geology of what JOG recently drilled a duster in, whether a picture of the Eagle Nebula taken by the Hubble represents 'reality' or not, and so on. With good food and drink involved, of course.
I hope the Snail has found his way back to his hotel which as it's only a couple of hundred yards from my place I guess he has, because I haven't recieved a telephone cry for help, and is possibly watching the latest Malcy interview.
And myself, I've now watched the rest of it,
It's interesting.
There's an overall impression I'm getting. Which is that Dr T is now just doing Mr Graham Wood a sort of personal favour by appearing on one of his 'shows'. Definitely taking a slightly 'harder' stance. And definitely saying "this is what will happen", not "what we hope might occur".
And 'the grin' was slightly less evident. But when there, it was the sort that said (to me as a poker player) that there's no bluff involved.
Warwick being a potentially 'dry hole' ?
Go tell it to the Marines.
I suspect this is the last we'll see of Malcy regarding Hurricane, for a while. After all, he doesn't get to interview Bob Dudley, does he?
