When I wrote to a private rail company about the excellent work of a member of staff in an extremely demanding situation they wrote back to me.

They told me their staff assessments before employment were excellent and they were very pleased with them.

They also said their staff training was second to none.....

I expect the member of staffs manager or the head of the department got a bonus.
