Imagine you could see a value of three pounds here, or four, or five, you've probably already done that.
How nice an opportunity for a little collusion between a couple of companies to buy out at this sort of price and split the profit. As you have said, they play by different "rules".
I don't see them incurring a loss at that rate.
I am not comforted at all by constant ( or more correctly, occasional) re-assurences from the BodD of "returning shareholder value".
They are either naive, sleep-walking or in on the deal. Of the three, I go for sleep-walking. I am happy to be proved wrong, but no comment here is going to convince me, I want to see action.
The few PI's here appear mainly to be content with this lack-lustre performance.
