Quite plainy, their claim, should they get in would be, "As we wouldn't support the deal ourselves, prefering to stay in, we will not waste time negotiating one. Therefore we wil be staying in the EU".

The alternative to that scenario is that Thornberry is being less than honest or, another alternative, she is simply a very stupid woman.

There is a possibility all those options are correct as none are mutually exclusive.

I am often deeply offended by the disgusting way Great Britain took a moral stand against that nice Mr Hitler and his pleasant countrymen.

This will not always be the case, so perhaps not quite so obvious.

But perhaps some traders may still have managed to "lose" less than those who have held.

But just how DO they manage? Amazingly they are out of the EU, yet still scrape a megre living together in what appears to be a calm and mature manner. Dear God... some of them even seem to enjoy life! How very unlike a lot of miserable English/British.

I was watching the BBC on the Friday morning after the referendum. They were hand-wringing over the "Irish Question" and interviewed two Irish women. One of these, with deathless logic and deep perception, stated, "Now, Johnson cannot be the Poime Minister,... yer carn't have a Proime Minister called "Boris" can yous?"

Sadly I couldn't read the broker's note referred to earlier as I am not going to lie to them and say I am a professional, but doubtless it will become available in a while. You must be an amatuer here yet a professional there so there seems to be a little conflict of qualifications, one way or another. So I don't see how I can honestly access the note. Shame.
