@redleader - I have never looked into Firefly mate so I can't really comment on their prospects.

@CB - I think that MRE is just a line in the sand, and we know this is only going to be based on the SE sulphide zone and the surrounding breccia.
Newcrest need to do this to enable them to continue to develop the PFS - it's will allow them to select a mining method and then develop this more fully as they progress. It like a series of hoops that they have to jump through.

If you look more closely at the SW ring on the Artemis image you will see it is situated to the South of the second sand dune. The Havieron ovoid is all located to the north of the first sand dune - so that target is roughly 1km SW from the centre of the existing defined ore-body - exciting times.

Pretty sure they have started drilling at Nimitz South - @Strudel noticed it on the last few satellite updates and I agree.

The Nimitz South target is right on the boundary and is targeting a big magnetic rock structure that protrudes over 1km into Havieron also.

I had a good read through the Artemis release last night. I was looking at the image that they published on their Twitter account yesterday morning. There appears to be two other gravity targets that they have highlighted on the Havieron license. One of these looks like it could possibly be the new NE breccia zone that NCM reported on yesterday but the other is to the SW of the main Havieron body and is roughly in the area where we saw the drilling in March / April and is where NCM have shown the box-cut for the decline being situated.

We thought this had been put to bed but this opens up that SW area as a possible target all over again???

Agreed Hydro - once they start to bulk trial the ore-body and start to drive access shafts etc through it - all that material will be gold & copper rich and should provide an income stream prior to the actual "commercial production" which will be further down the line.

Cadia had it's lowest ever AISC and produced an astounding margin of $1724 per ounce. I know that is because the copper credits get taken from the AISC but we have similar copper grades at Havieron.

Havieron will turn Telfer into a great big cash printing machine again - all it takes is a little patience here.
