Great that production numbers are ahead of expectation. Without knowing AISC, or how much has been spent on drilling or progressing the decline difficult to understand how to quantify the cash build. Looking forward to reviewing the detailed update, when published in a few weeks time, as it won’t be until then, that these numbers can be fully understood.

Hopefully today will be seen as the tide turning for ECR. Talk of JV’s drove the share price previously but led to nothing. These new results appear very encouraging but a JV will be needed to accelerate the prospects of ECR. More results due soon and it is important that they build on those shared today.

The truth is none of us can accurately predict the future. We all need to undertaken research, make an informed decision and take a leap of faith.

If you believe the RNSs and updates given by AZ during interviews are 100% true then this could be incredible. The potential is significant but until the first securitisation is complete it is just potential.
Based on the RNSs and updates given by AZ through interviews then you can easily calculate 4p plus with 12 months, but, unless Syme gets over the first hurdle it can’t get to the next. This is very much a company that is trying to run before it has learnt to walk.
I am optimistic but I think a lot will become clearer before the end of the year as clearly AZ will not want his call option to fail.

AZ needs to deliver on the commitments he has previously given to the market. From a market stability perspective, there is nothing worse than to over promise and under deliver which has happened here many times already. It is now time to start delivering as actions speak louder than words.

Sym is so much more than face masks, but it’s potential is clearly not being recognised. I believe that part of the problem is marketing and the way the company is perceived. Using the face mask as an example, Sym’s version presented on their website looks the same as those you can pick up cheaply. The key messages appear understated.
The marketing for the RMS version has just been launched and is being presented as a premium product that has qualities that extend beyond the average mask. As a result they are looking to charge a premium price for what they describe as the first COVID killer mask. They have clearly heavily invested in marketing.
Sym should be questioning whether D2P has comparable qualities to those RMS are claiming, validate via testing and then engage with premium suppliers/producers. People will pay a premium if a product works and appears to be of premium quality.
Syms management need to compare their offering with its competitors and question why it has failed to take full advantage of their USP.
