Hi SAS,

Unfortunately the majority of my holdings are held between mine and my wife's SIPP's and I can't access them for 3 more years at a minimum.

I have 4 kids, with one at university and 3 still at school so working is still a necessity for me for the foreseeable.

GGP will look after mine and my kids futures without a doubt, but the next few years are on me.

No predictions from me folks but I think we will certainly be higher this time next year. All the ingredients are in place now for Havieron to provide us with the support for our current and future valuations through next year.

A decent MRE, fully funded to production, still open in multiple directions and at depth, NCM seem to be taking a keen interest in the ARV targets that sit on the Havieron boundaries, permits in place for clearing and stage 1 mining.

Havieron is more than enough to entice all these funds and institutions to keep on pumping money into GGP and I've heard than we may be included in some more indexes next year, so the trackers and etf buying will continue apace.

And then we have Scallywag results imminent and resumption of Scallywag drilling and the commencement of the Juri JV exploration early next year.

Yes - I'm not one for price predictions but feel quite comfortable saying that we should certainly be a lot higher than we are today.

All that remains for me to do is wish all Greatland Gold holders a very Happy, Safe & Prosperous New Year

@Awax - thanks for the link to that video, very interesting take on the situation. If what he reckons comes to pass then, starting January we could start to see pretty major moves in gold prices.
Combined with our continued results from Havieron and potential results elsewhere then 2021 is looking pretty rosy - maybe not as many bags for GGP this year but it's time for the compounding gains to work their magic for the LTHers here.

Now looking at this image we can clearly see why Newcrest commissioned a 12 hole drilling campaign over the Scallywag area in the 90's - God they must be kicking themselves for not returning the following year when the drill rig that they deployed couldn't drill deep enough to penetrate the basement rocks.

It's easy to see when you compare the results of the scans from the 90's and combined with our modern 2DIP and MMI results why we are eagerly awaiting the results of the assays.

Scroll down a bit and feast you eyes on Figure 4. It is a historical image of the "regional generative activities" from the 1990's.

I think it shows pretty conclusively why Newcrest decided to carry out a 12 hole drilling campaign at Scallywag back then - they must be kicking themselves for not returning the following year with a bigger rig when the one they commissioned could not drill deep enough to penetrate the basement sequence.

Look at the similarities in the responses between Kraken & Blackbeard specifically when compared to Havieron. When combined with the results from the modern 2DIP and MMI surveys then you can see why the results are eagerly awaited by us.

@TMT - I think the explosives store was penned in to be more up towards the NE rather than the NW.

If I remember correctly that whole area to the NW of Havieron was marked as the potential exploration area or words to that effect - I will try to find a link to the docement.

@strudel - pretty sure that it won't be Artemis. They finished up in the Paterson around the middle of December and I wouldn't expect them back in that area until March / April time as per the usual GGP drilling season for that region.

We know that NCM will carry on through the height of the summer at Havieron so I would expect it to be them and the co-ordinates place in just inside our boundary with ARV. What surprised me was that it occurred at this time between Christmas and New Year, I fully expected NCM to have taken a 2-3 week break from activities at this time and was just scanning in the general area when I noticed the disturbance.

Seems that they are very keen to see what is in that area, if you notice from the images on my second tweet the Apollo target is nicely in a NW trend from Havieron and we all know that Havieron is still open to the NW - just saying.......

I've noticed this evening that there appears to be a ground disturbance in the Apollo area over the past 2 days that wasn't there prior to Christmas. You can see from the image how much of the Apollo target protrudes onto the Havieron license and it appears as if they are rather intrigued if they are working there between Christmas and the New Year.

More good news as if we needed any - something else to keep an eye on in the coming weeks.

What difference does it make - it's all relative. We probably would have dropped 5-10% on news like this 12 months ago.

Today we held firm and according to my AJ Bell account we were up 1.38% but according to my IG account we were down 2.28% - take your pick.

@TMT - thanks for your post and it is gratifying to see that you agree and reinforce the points I've made. It means a lot to have someone with your experience back up my reasoning.

@CageUK - that's precisely my point mate - there are ready made buyers out there now poised to take advantage of these drops and pull-backs and hopefully as they get bought up then they will become more and more sticky.

As the MRE moves to indicated & the growth drilling keeps increasing then the II demand should continue to increase. They can see that NCM & GGP have a clear path to production and monetisation of the asset - GH has played an absolute blinder over the past 2 years - Shaun has big boots to fill.

The difference now is that there are plenty of institutions & funds who will be happy to hover up any shares on a 10% drop so the MM's don't have the same leeway as they had before IMO.

For me - the beauty of Scallywag is that it is all gravy, if it proves up then it is gold & copper in the bank.

We know that Newcrest will happily do another JV with us and we know that it will only be a matter of time before we can turn that gold & copper in the ground into £ notes in the MCAP.

The current MCAP of GGP is supported by Havieron at the moment and IMO that MCAP will continue to grow throughout 2021 as the decline progresses, the MRE is converted to indicated and the "growth" drilling program continues to probe the edges of the breccias and perhaps even start to turn up new areas.

If Scallywag proves to be another sizeable deposit then even if it takes another 12 months for us prove it to the point where we are prepared to negotiate with NCM then I would be more than happy.

Remember at the same time we will be running the program at the Juri JV and drill testing Parlay, Goliath, Outamind, etc, etc. - what happens if we start to get hits at these targets as well. It's truly mind boggling and staggering the opportunities that exist here and all set against a macro situation that all the experts reckon is bullish for gold for the foreseeable future.

Great news this morning - as we said yesterday another piece in the jigsaw and quite a substantial one at that. The further approvals will be getting worked on as we speak IMO and the requirements for these approvals will probably be in place once the decision to mine is taken which is going to be post PFS / DFS so a minimum of 12-16 months away.

How big will Havieron be looking by then??
