The recent 1 for 8 share consolidation that got the share count down to circa 50 million is now looking like a master stroke as it seems to have promoted for a nice level of tightness in the liquidity and this puppy sure moves fast when there is buying pressure. Wouldn’t be atall surprised to see this stock getting onto the radar of institutional investors in the coming months…..roll on the TR-1s.

Actually when you overall look at the last 3+ months with all that has happened with the Company you get the distinct impression that there has been a long term grand master plan hatched and put in play by the BOD that is just now starting to show its self to the outside world and come to fruition. Long may this success story continue…..

As well as the significant “nutritional health product” opportunity with Juvenscence that I have flagged up previously, that will not require the burden of undertaking medical trials/approvals. Noteworthy that EVG already received 0.25 MUSD initial payment when that agreement was signed which is a strong sign of their serious intentions for achieving the product launch (targeted for launch within this year as per related RNS guidance).

As soon as it dipped below 5p today it looks like Kight was at it again sweeping up roughly another 1/2 million shares in chunks and the ask price quickly returned back to 5.2p …..TR-1 envisaged shortly.

Just got the following reply from LSE Member Services to my previous post about the lack of TRAC showing up on the daily riser/faller board….Here it is word for word:-

“The reason for the share not showing in Risers or Fallers is the instrument type it’s been set as by the stock exchange and Data supplier. In this instance, it’s set as an International Equity and we only show Domestic. We’ve contacted them to inform them of what’s going wrong.”

So it’s positive news I guess that they are aware of this problem and are trying to get it resolved…..Should be a simple IT system fix that hopefully gets addressed within this week.

The SP dropped earlier today on the Aussie market with this news. Not sure why but maybe it’s the 2.2 million $ (Aus) cash burn in just 2 months (end Sept to end Nov) that has the market worrying about near term future (pardon the pun) funding (despite the news release assurances).

This news today from Enwell Energy. It’s not a good situation when government starts introducing such commodity pricing controls. This leads to uncertainty for whether further controls, hiking of tax rates etc are coming soon……could further undermine FXPO sentiment this week IMO.

My conspiracy theory……..

The question I keep asking myself is why a guy who is a long term director/manager in the unrelated Computer business (Google search of his name gives you this insight) who has no apparent connection to the medical sector is amassing such a significant % stake in EVG ???

The only “coincidence” that I have noted from Google search is that the registered office addresses of EVG and Kight’s Computer business are closeby in same geographic UK locality of Altrincham (near Manchester/Liverpool).

So perhaps there could be a connection whereby Kight moves in the same social circles as EVG Mgt rep(s) and has close knowledge towards the EVG business being gleaned from such relations ???

This is pure conjecture on my part, but to me there seems to be more to Kight’s significant investment in EVG than meets the eye here and so I for one believe it’s worth riding on his coat-tail and having a small investment in EVG to see how this plays out.

Russia has previous form in the region with Crimea in 2014. At that time the response from the rest of world was muted to say the least…….Fast forward to 2022 with the world living thru a pandemic and rapidly inflating central bank debts then can we expect the ROW response to be any different if Russia expands its occupation into mainland Ukraine……unlikely….

Less than a month ago the Chairman shelled out a good chunk of his own money for 140K shares when priced at 70p……Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to join the dots here for which direction the SP is going to be heading in the coming months/years.
