I doubt that Russia will take near term action into Ukraine. The Beijing Winter Olympics starts in a fortnight which lasts for nearly 2 months (inclusive of Para) and it would be seen as highly disrespectful to the Chinese to take war mongering actions during this upcoming Olympic period. That should allow for enough soul searching time to pass by for the current sabre rattling situation between Russia and Ukraine to calm down.

Whilst I am not able to read this Brazilian news article for the details, it’s noteworthy that he was only hired back on 1st Nov 2021 and so it’s quite likely that it has simply not worked out ok for using him in this GM role as found out during the 3 month probationary period that typically applies in Brazil. Expect we will hear details shortly once they have a suitable replacement for the GM position to announce. I don’t foresee this staffing matter as being a cause for concern for their ongoing mining operations.

Furthermore is it known whether SENX have pre-emptively assumed to have 100% working interest in the operational / financial results that they have published ? If so I guess they would need downward adjustment if the Arbitration did not ultimately make decision to award fully in their favour….
