Interesting news today from Cathedra Bitcoin (formerly called Fortress Technologies) regarding financing agreement they have just established for mining equipment where they are using their mining equipment as collateral. This shows to the market another secured funding basis readily available to the mining sector and that their is the appetite from financiers to lend significant monies despite the current lack of positive Bitcoin sentiment, even being available for the smaller scale miners such as Cathedra.

Todays news will have blind sided many VDTK doom and gloomers who considered an imminent equity funding as nailed on……let’s see what traction this brings to the SP and perhaps we can get some positives regarding solar sales etc in an upcoming release.

This news was announced yesterday and follows on from the 5% VAT that UAE introduced a few years ago. PFC currently have a significant amount of their office based operations in Sharjah and so this could have some adverse impact on them in the future. Will be interesting to see if they make any look ahead mention of it in due course.

Just take a quick look over at the recent history of DMTR for how bad it could potentially go for placing price discount once you give the market advance notice that you are looking at doing discounted equity funding. The DMTR existing shareholders were practically annihilated..…

I don’t think it’s any great loss. He led the Company into the dark times and IMO it’s been GB that’s been instrumental in the positive business strategy turnaround in the past year. So I think Glenn had become somewhat of a spare part and hence it was time to move on….Also noteworthy that he never put any meaningful skin in the game, with only a poultry 5000 GBP purchase of the “give away” 0.1p placing shares….Looking forward to the future here.

Noticed that over 200 milllion warrants (approx 5% of total share count) exercised at 0.15p came onto the market today as per 21st Jan RNS….that’s a decent size chunk that needs to be eaten thru by buyers before the SP can properly re-rate……Warrants are a double edged sword, bringing in cash to the Company when exercised but then creating dampening to the SP.

Any LTH can please summarise roughly how many warrants still remain to be exercised and at what EP(s) ? Thx
