BOD has quickly (as soon as insider rules allowed) closed out their £35,000 shares purchase as they committed to do in the previous funding announcement RNS. They have not hung around waiting for a price dip which likely means that they don’t expect one to happen as further news to increase the SP is imminent……simply join the dots here.

Interesting…..Musk and Dorsey already had plenty in common, both being somewhat anti-establishment and advocates for crypto currency.

The SP is up 6+ % this morning so it does not seem to tally with the 5 million (amounts to nearly 2% of total shares) trade being a sell. The SP should be well down into the 2s if it was a sell…..

For example, if you look back to 24th March (1st trade of the day) there was a 0.8 million shares sell which went thru at 3p which was a 0.3p discount to the final trade Bid price (3.3p) from the previous day 23rd March.

I suspect these 0.8 million shares sold at 3p formed a part of the MMs stock holding for doing the 5 million bought at 3.2p.

Anyway let’s see if a TR-1 drops shortly to fully clarify.

Plenty of buys showing up this morning (Kight back again for more ?)…….The very big 5 million trade is showing as a sell but I suspect it’s a buy that has been worked by MMs during the past week. TR-1 awaited.

Bucking the weak trend of most other currencies, the Brazilian Real has been strengthening in recent months to now stand at its highest level versus the USD since Covid kicked off two years ago. This is something important to keep an eye on for Serabi to be taken into important account in their effective financial management of operations and particularly for the Coringa EPC works execution.

PDL share price quietly going about its business…..few % up almost every day in recent times……nice steady re-rate happening without harmful P&D trading being involved……mcap just reaching the 1/4 billion GBP mark today…..much more still likely to come IMO.

Noticed Group Eleven SP was up 17% yesterday at close to a 1 year high…….likely positioning for drilling news.

If Russia/Ukraine agree a peace deal shortly as the media is intimating. Sentiment would soon turn. Already signs of the early birds getting on board with other Russia linked stocks such as EUA, POG, POLY….Not arrived here yet but likely will come soon. Would take much less of buying pressure to get this one to run higher.

Certainly good vibes, but perhaps it’s much more……….this could be a small scale forerunner testing of the waters for what Avacta could look to pursue within the next few years for splitting up (via options such as spin-off, sell-off, JV, etc) of their therapeutics and diagnostics divisions in order to maximise upon value for shareholders.

Noting statement in the RNS that the BOD intend to subscribe for 35K worth of shares at the market price “once they are in open period for trading”

Also noteworthy that BOD are likely to be paying a premium above 1.5p for these shares when they come to buy them, which is a further bullish sign for shareholders.
