Interesting interview (more insightful than the tame proactive investors one from last week) where Shaun Bunn responds to Zak’s questions on such matters as the low SP situation, cash position for 2022 exploration work, etc.

With the SP currently back down near the 1p level after last months P&D interest, this stock is looking good value again ahead of drill results news expected in Q2 2022 along with gold price on the rise due to Inflation/Ukraine which should lead to positive sentiment for junior explorers particularly who are located in geopolitically safe jurisdictions like Australia.

Today brings news of another miner (Digihost) with non dilutive (to existing shareholders) funding facility. This follows on from similar non dilutive fundings in February by Bitfarms and Cathedra…..The recent trend looks to be that miners are avoiding placings route for financing.

I personally don’t see Khazakstan getting militarily involved…..main reasons for this view:-

- Would show Russia/Putin weakness.
- No direct land border with Ukraine so logistically complicated to get involved (unlike Belarus).
- Direct land border with China and their new Silk Road route.
- Could be a catalyst to reignite the recent in-country population unrest.
- Russia knows they will need to keep some of their “friends” out of the war to give them future economic routing channels to overcome sanctions with ROW and Khazakstan with its large size and similar commodities profile as Russia would be a particularly good fit for this purpose.

The key news here is this is battery grade type Lithium where the supply / demand deficit is huge with ongoing surging price. The Chinese etc will be sitting up and taking notice. Looking forward to getting drill results in due course as part of many positive news flows due in 2022.

I see a late night troll….In future needs to properly do their homework….

Majority of growth in share count in the last year relates to the May 2021 placing (at 6p) that is funding the phase 1 expansion which this year targets to increase Tin production by 67% and develop the monetisation of the Lithium & Tantalum by-products. The Timing of this financing by management was IMO excellent as it took advantage of elevated SP and the rising Tin price.

As for share options awards to Management, many Companies give them away for free like confetti. That’s not the case at ATM where they are being linked to Company performance and are set at realistic exercise prices that motivates the management to positively drive up the SP and thereby is aligned with all shareholders.

This type of non dilutive (to existing shareholders) approach for financing by the miners seems to be gaining traction recently, with another example from just a few weeks ago being by Cathedra (formerly Fortress) as per the below link.

So I would not be atall surprised to see Argo announcing a similar financing arrangement in the near future and thereby take away the ongoing paranoia being broadcast by some on here about imminent dilutive funding…..

Unlikely to see an across the board move into Oil & Gas stocks due to the price rise. Need to look closely for related risks to the assets being caused by these latest geopolitical developments. Satu Mare is just a little too close to the Ukraine border for my liking……

Been quietly observing the words from our new friend (OofL) over these past 2 days…..Felt it was time now to give my related thoughts following their latest continuation of the ongoing same de-ramping message timed at 18.04 tonight.

Shows as joined LSE BB just this week (hmmmm…. interesting timing after Friday nights RNS) but somehow the posts don’t read like they are from a true newbie. A newbie typically starts with some superficial 1 liners to settle themselves in to the experience of posting and hopes to get minimal replies until they find their feet, rather than jumping in with a full page essay trying to solicit maximum replies as our new friend has done here. I therefore suspect that OofL is a reincarnation deployment of a previous different name poster(s).

Even the name OutofLuck seems to have been cynically chosen to try and garner some sort of sympathy support from the existing poster community on here.

Then there’s the storyline…..A supposed 2+ million shares holder building a position over past 2 years from multiple trades is now wondering retrospectively about multiple key fundamental aspects of his significant investment and seeking reassurance views from the BB. But low and behold when reassurance replies are provided by several knowledgeable posters during the past two days, then rather than drawing a line under the matter we find OofL still wanting to keep pursuing the storyline going round and round in circles. Most recently resorts to posting details of their supposed ARCM trades history to try and prove their genuineness, after being called out as suspicious.

In conclusion to my mind, OofL is fishier than my fish and chips supper tonight and gets my vote for the filter bin….Goodbye.

Just taken a look on their website at the 30th June H1 2021 interim results (dated 15th Sept 2021) where on page 12 it states “…..Company’s offtake agreement with Traxys which has been fixed through to October 2022. The commitment is for a minimum of 95% of Kounrad’s annual production.”

Going by the website of Traxys (link below) they look to be a major worldwide player for Physical Metals Trading.

Furthermore, I noticed in the OPERATIONS drop-down menu section of the website under Kounrad the following wording “……and the metal is delivered from the Kounrad site by rail and sea to the end customers, predominantly in Turkey”

It will be interesting to see what CAML does with the Kounrad offtake going beyond this October 2022 agreement date in order to take suitable risk mitigation account for both the ongoing geopolitical tensions being faced in the region + the high inflation pressures now prevalent in Turkey.

Wetherby 15.50 race today won by “TRAC” at 16/1. Didn’t notice until seeing result or else I would of had a lucky fiver on it…..

Lets hope it’s a good omen for a positive TRAC trading update maybe landing tomorrow. 1 or 2 on Twitter have been predicting 17th Feb as likely issue date based on the pattern of a 1 week date slippage for the releases of recent years (last year it was on 10th Feb, previous year on 3rd Feb).

This exercising of warrants by NB seems to be very strange timing when the SP is so close to their strike price. It makes me wonder (and perhaps the Market likewise based on the SP further dropping today) whether he is doing this to provide MSYS with an emergency cash (200K) injection to help tide them over until a near-term future positive event for their financials is hopefully concluded? This would imply that MSYS maybe has a problem with their cash position that could risk a discounted placing in the near future if things don’t work out via using NB’s cash injection today. Here’s my own related joining the dots thinking:-

- The 10th Jan 2022 trading update RNS was strangely silent on their cash position.

- At the 10th Jan 2022 investor presentation (link below), Glenn Tracey was quite defensive about this subject and at around the 16 minute mark he answers the question of “when will Microsaic be profitable” with a reply that did NOT answer that question but instead he went on to talk (famous last words) about not envisaging a placing in the near term but it couldn’t be ruled out if there was a business need.

- Glenn Tracey resigns as informed on 28th Jan 2022 RNS. Many views were expressed at the time about this news. To me it makes sense to have him deliver the 10th Jan presentation and then subsequently if placing news lands shortly thereafter then the finger pointing would be towards the departed CEO and the new executive management would say they are simply resolving the funding situation that they inherited.

Not convinced….seems to be mainly people here living in hope of a bounce after the relentless price decline dating back to when this Company was called Georgian Mining Corporation.

However, just look at their recent failed efforts…….sold the Georgian asset for a fraction of what they had ploughed into it. Then wasted a good % of those funds on Central Menzies which is now aborted. Eclipse had 1 or 2 half decent drill hits in the first phase but the subsequent two drilling phases have disappointed which puts into question whether it’s a viable commercial asset. You can read this between the lines by the change of tune from Mgt who were originally speaking of going open pit for an early revenue stream at Eclipse but changed their minds and now just look intent on sticking more exploration holes in the ground in the hope of finding something worthwhile. This recent adjacent land extension looks to be an attempt to dress the situation up as a big improvement to the situation, but seems to be wishful thinking.

EEE now has just one play left and it’s prayer time or bust.

As for the TR-1 holder Packwood he’s been in this stock for years ongoing increasing his holding as he continues to average down trying to keep up with the ongoing price decline……poor bloke likely knows he should of bailed out long ago but now feels trapped and praying desperately to salvage something from his unwise investment.
