Great to see it formally in black and white that they have not faced any production problems at Kounrad in relation to the recent unrest that’s been reported elsewhere in the country. Should therefore see some positive re-rate back up in the SP today accordingly.

Seem to be following the lead of Mara and so maybe this balance sheet allocation approach to convert cash into bitcoin at suitable price points is now gaining some traction amongst the large miners (listed/non listed) going into 2022. This should be bullish for bitcoin.

It’s good news to have low volume on a lower bitcoin price day. Means that ARBK (finished today UP 2.66%) has received less selling pressure than its peers (they all finished in red today).

As a glass half full kinda guy myself I tend to look towards the positives….

I like the mention of “funding” in the RNS statement about OpenBox Ventures Inc and down the road this could be something that TRAC taps into to support their business growth whilst avoiding shareholder dilution.

Lof2E……I am guilty (like most others I suspect) of not typically reading an RNS beyond the main message and rarely going to the very bottom of the publication situated below the contacts section. Seeing your message today about this website address caused me to make the effort to revisit the RNS and to read it 100% to the bottom. What I found was that as well as this website address the Notes To Editors section at the bottom part of the RNS also contained the following statement, which to me sounds promising and should help allay the concerns of some investors questioning the background and longevity experience of this entity that TRAC has Contracted with:-

As well as being the CEO of DMTR he is also an NED of Ixico (ticker: IXI).

Now wouldn’t it be one hell of a coincidence if the AGM (London location) for IXI was happening at the same time as the EM (Bristol location) for DMTR…..well surprise surprise it is……

This would mean that disgruntled shareholders of both Companies wanting to voice their views etc about MW’s ethics and fitness to be on a BOD are unable to be in these two meeting places at the same time.

I would therefore point out that if a significant number of disgruntled shareholders are intending to attend the EM of DMTR to voice their views etc …. That if they are also current shareholders in IXI (or by buying at least 1 IXI share this week in order to be counted as a shareholder ahead of the AGM) then if some of these disgruntled shareholders were to instead attend the IXI AGM then it could be possible to make life difficult for MW in two places for two Companies at the same time on 20th January.

MW would not be expecting this to happen having It looks like deliberately set the DMTR EM timing to clash with the IXI AGM timing.

It is a Venture Capital Fund that was founded in 2020 by the CEO (Sid SijBrandij) of Gitlab.

Gitlab is a Nasdaq listed Company with a market cap of over 10 BILLION USD……..Wow!!

Looks to be promoting for a positive macro environment for ATM on several fronts:-
- government actively supporting private sector industries.
- green energy is a government focus sector and so related raw materials industries should benefit.
- government pursuing for reduction in electricity tariffs which would lead to reduced OPEX.

All good news as ATM progresses it’s expansion plans in the coming years.

I have a different view, as also does Mr. Knight it would appear….

EVG actually has a very good runway of working capital cash funds in place. Indeed their strong cash (and equivalents) balance was stated as being up at 10.1 million pounds just three months ago is equivalent to 2/3rds of their market cap. You will struggle to find any other small cap pharmaceutical Companies with such a healthy balance sheet to market cap ratio.

Furthermore, EVG have potential for receipt of revenues starting within the coming year from their license agreement with Juvenescence, based on the 15th Sept 2020 RNS which stated that “It is envisaged that product launch by Juvenescence will occur within the next two years”. We could be hearing some news on this product launch fairly soon along with other EVG developments and so IMO there are plenty of positives to look forward to with EVG for patient investors going into 2022.

Happens with rising stocks from time to time…..various theories abound as to why, including that the LSE admin team are busy buying ahead of the herd arriving…….hmmmmm
