It just means a smaller pack by weight will hold the same energy, the limitation is the miles per kwh, which battery tech will influence only slightly. From a charging point of view it makes it worse for the local grid. If a 64kwh pack can now be charged in 5 mins and not an hour then the energy draw is 12x higher. So instead of trying to pull 64kw through cables, you're now trying to pull 760kw through cables. This plays nicely into the hands of those that can supplement the grid at a very local level, or buffer it's outputs.
