The 17 May RNS announced a conversion of 228,215,768 shares.

There were no large after trading hours trades between 2 May and 16 May, a characteristic of conversion shares. Here are the recent after 16:30 trades after :-

16-May 30000000

17-May 48215768

20-May 20000000

21-May 50000000

They total 148,215,768 shares so probably 80,000,000 shares left - and then there's the next conversion, and the next. etc.

UKOG say £370,000 left after this latest conversion, but forget to mention the 4.5% added to the loan for each conversion so in fact that's currently an extra £73,000 so £443,000 left, at the current SP that's about 1.7 billion shares.

Let's hope that YA/Riverfort refused to hand over the 2 committed tranches of £500,000.
