Private Punter won’t provide a response on this, the same as he didn’t last time I raised the point and also the same as the radio silence from Heejae when asked directly.

It has now been a whole year since the Company said this………

“We are making strong progress towards becoming the 13th AWS Managed Service Provider in the UK”

Your last 2 write-ups where you have spoken directly to the person who said that a year ago have not provided any update or clarity on this point. If it isn’t covered in the Company’s own update expected in July, I’d suggest it would be reasonable for an investor (or potential investor), to consider those discussions as dead in the water.

From the April 25 Trading Update:

“We are making strong progress towards becoming the 13th AWS Managed Service Provider in the UK”

Was that covered in the meeting, as no mention of that that I can see in subsequent RNS? Whilst I can see certain certification on the Sysgroup website, Sysgroup are not listed as an MSP Partner on the Amazon website, for example alongside Cognizant, Cap Gemini etc.

The company (Heejae himself), does not seem to want to respond on this point which isn’t exactly great investor relations!

SYS, a company I like longer-term and for the high level of director/employee ownership, has just announced the acqn of Saxix Group for £2.0m (£1.25 now +£0.5m earn-out on future deliverables). Saxis "is a UK-based specialist provider of enterprise storage, data protection and hybrid infrastructure solutions, including NetApp technologies. The acqn is consistent with SysGroup's stated strategy of selectively enhancing its technical capability and broadening its end-to-end proposition, strengthening the Group's ability to support complex mid-market and regulated customers." Price looks reasonable, being 1.0x sales and 4.0x EV/EBITDA (assuming full earnout reached).
