Has there been some recent activity ? I have a small holding and decided to take up the offer in the hope of a turnaround of a smaller company and or Dunkerfella eventually paying a premium

I dont even know how to confirm my holding or see share price activity

Any help is welcome

This appears to be an obvious case of minority shareholders massively let down by the BOD. Clearly, there is an expectation that minority shareholders, however loyal they have been in supporting SDRY in ups and downs, don't have the resources to fight their corner. This is a case where collective action could help move the dial? Wondering if there is an appetite. For transparency, my investment here was significant (a 6-figure sum) and I stand to lose all of it. I could not take part in the recent placing as it was rushed through and there were no communication from my platform.

Took up the rights in ( D ) after they rang on train with 3 hour deadline .

Many would not have got the e-mail in time to act .

Yeah - I've decided to to buy my options. Considering how many thousands I've lost on SDRY I might as well take a £33 punt on some options with a chance of clawing some of it back one day.

I agree - he's trying to steel the remaining 25%.

Yes you won't get anything back until after the restructuring plan in 2027, but at 1p a share it's a joke.

They sold ip for Asia (very small proportion) for about £80-£90m recently. The restructuring plan got them out of all the non profitable stores in the UK and he's now opening new ones.

Once they pay back the 2 loans from Hilco and Bantry Bay which based on FY25 would be a year to 18 months it's all just cash on a reduced turnover of £350m to £400m
