What are you talking about ? “they need the revenue to support their own debt pile” - it can’t even support Evokes debt pile hence the mess we are in

Intralot actually need Evoke's high revenue to support their existing debt that came with their recent acquisition, even though Evoke comes with a mountain of debt. Both companies are independently, successfully increasing their market share and with the synergies gained under single ownership outweighs disadvantages. Win-win!

I'd be very surprised if they walk away!

I’m not invested here now but I’m very interested to see what happens come Tuesday morning.

It is no surprise Bally’s are using their whole deadline to make a decision so I wouldn’t be alarmed by that. But I would be very surprised if Bally’s do submit an offer of 50p a share. I think the final results and conditions of repaying the debt will cause Bally’s to either pull out or drop their offer. But I hope you get a good outcome, it is quite clear Evoke need a deal to happen because it’s an enormous mountain to climb to turn this around. But I thank Bally’s for their provisional offer which made the share price increase from 25p to 43p. It’s interesting that Ironshield do not appear to have sold out.
