The Smarter Web Share Price (SWC)

The tide is going out and we are finding out who was swimming naked.

Quite a lot of people it seems.

Just like Tulips, all the hype was based on nothing.

Revenue for 6 months £397k. Admin expenses for 6 months £3m lol. Costs for the main market listing sure, although the value of doing that is yet to be determined. Integration issues with the acquisition. Blah blah blah. He saw an opportunity and fair play, took it to make a shedload of cash. Anything since is mainly waffle to justify paying salaries and bonuses for chaff all.

While the BTC price and the company share price has been falling the two Directors (Andrew Webley and Tyler Even) collected big BONUSES on top of their very high salaries. At top of the market Andrew"s 27m shares stake was worth 100m pounds. I am very glad that his 27m shares are only worth about 7m pounds now. Many investors have lost lot of money here.

Bitcoin would have to fall to something like $9k for SWC's debt to match their bitcoin holdings so I don't think there's much chance of wipeout here, but clearly if MSTR is forced into selling and bitcoin crashes SWC has far further to go too.

I have put quite a bit into these stocks at what I thought was low prices but there must be a chance that some of them will be wiped out. No interest in selling but I will only add in small amounts if I think we are at the bottom and I can see a huge crash in btc is possible
