You are right the price is being at around 250.

But the reason is not the buyback as otherwise they would buy more than 30k/day.

It is more likely that the market is waiting for delivery of results as promised.

I get the feeling that the share price is being held at or near £2.50 If correct, could it be the company are happy with the lower share price to aid their buy back. Good luck all Curly.

Hi Gdog, no doubt you've seen the latest Perion update. It does all seem cloak and dagger from Taj still; I listened to him on Needham's latest conference and didn't get a warm feeling and concluded at the time that the MS search biz should be seen as a write off - but as always its difficult to gauge exactly what's left.

Anyhow, more interesting from a Nexn perspective was that today's PERI guidance update also mentioned advertisers wanting to trade up and utilize more premium formats which for Perion is a cause of concern for some reason but Nexxen have been moaning about advertisers trading down for the past few quarters so its possible to see that Perion's issue is actually the reverse for Nexxen - more demand for premium higher margin inventory.

Little or no trades, no buyback. It’s a real conundrum.

Depends upon whether or not we execute. Price movement on no news is white noise. Fundamentals are what matter in the end.
