When the transfer occurred the number of shares transferred where halved. This is because the ADR's traded on the USA market consisted of two shares traded on the UK market. UK shares were transferred to the USA market so 2 UK became 1 USA.

A clumsy explanation but check the number of your holding. It will be half previously held.
