The raise was unnecessary!

Perhaps the placement was necessary, in order to avoid potential hurdles and keep things moving along. The company is doing business in different areas of the world, and it would be surprising to find that custom and practices were consistent in all of these areas.

We have to trust that the correct decision are being made in varied circumstances, and that those who are making them hold, as paramount, the long-term interests of shareholders.

Only the loss of the UK IHT concession.

Hopefully better prospects on the US exchanges will be 50% better that remaining on AIM and thus negate the loss of the IHT concession..
