Thanks for the analysis JJ. My take on that is there's not much diffs either way but apparently tiny benefit in maxing the cash out. Or ??

I'm not sure,i feel tempted to get out. All prices will be according to NAV and that puts ESCT at a higher price that it is now which already topping the chart .Selling EAT will put me just over cost neutral not including all the divis. I would rather use the proceeds to invest in something I'm not being forced into investing. Of course I may not be able to sell my entire holding.Just IMO.

First week in october EAT will be suspended and cease to be traded .....im assuming the follwing day a calculation will be made as to the ratio between ESCT price and EAT price as to how much EAT will form of the new company percentage much EAT NAV . I may be wrong but i have done a rough calculation and at present prices of both companies my 60000 EAT shares will become 26 500 ESCT shares .Based upon a prospective 5% of NAV dividend at the end of the year i will receive a dividend 740/750 pound per quarter in 2026 compared to 828 which i will receive on sep 24.......but hopefully capital gain may be better and compensate for the loss of ...dividend . of course as EAT said there is a minimum 5% dividend of NAV in 2026 ,it may be more
