Every single investor should at the time of that RNS get compensation for damages due to market manipulation.

In reality though the FCA will probably do nothing and another israeli company will get away with ripping off shareholders.

Quite rightly too. All shareholders at the time of this RNS should have compensation for clear market manipulation.

The independent committee is not independent at all.

I guess this is why they were so undervalued because something like this could happen.

I sold all my shares at 34/35p.

I agree with lemonade311, and am writing a letter to the board about this - the price significantly undervalues the company and the directors may leave themselves open to legal action if they do not increase it to a reasonable level.

Disgustingly low price. Should take the to court to get a fair appraisal. Just had to dump half of mine at 35p.
