I would also note that £10m was likely the most they could raise and no doubt wanted more but that would have tanked the share price to sub 12p no doubt!

£10m keeps the lights on for another six months at best that's very little time..

They also don't give a fig about retail investors as most of the cash raised was through ii's and private shareholders..retail simply snubbed and left with the dregs!

Plus I noted from yesterday’s announcement that they expect to achieve EBITDA break even by the end of 2025 on a MONTHLY BASIS. NOT overall EBITDA break even. So, another quietly carefully worded push back on financial performance. This means OVERALL EBITDA break even not until later in 2026 now.

Which, in turn of course means more cash calls. Which means yet more dilution.

And anyway who believes any of their forecasts anymore? The rate of revenue growth they are currently ‘achieving’ is nowhere near enough.

Yesterday's Cash Placement RNS did not include any statement confirming that the additional cash funding would 'secure' the cash run way till Q2 2025...

This clearly opens the doors to further cash funding placements in the near future and at a much lower issue price. H1 almost gone and only 15% of the projected £6m additional revenues forecasted a mere 4 months ago at February's Investor Meet achieved...This is now a highly 'speculative' investment more akin to a gamble, rolling of the dice, rather than a sensibly managed business with deliverable objectives and realistic timelines!

I think there were a lot of potential investors that were holding off anticipating a placing.

We are about to find out if they want in now!
