The lies, deception and fraud...

Does anyone have any recent updates on the Company. Are the receivers still in control or has this been passed over to a third party for a hopeful onward sale.

I still cannot understand the Glencore position here, nor the other 2 main shareholders that could have gone ahead and funded the project to production. Such a waste of their money when huge profits could have been accrued for a reasonable amount of extra investment.

1st May is gone, there seems to be no update

How ever it plays out, I only have hope, but typically with stocks retail investors get screwed. But I did pass this to one of my banker/investor friends for his take, and being lost in what he was saying, he was opptimistic and was saying hes seen the same thing many times, where they shake off creditors through these processes, and would likely be trying to prolong some processes to see the outcome of the nickel prices. The local goverments of that area would have bested interest in projects as thats economically good. Unfortunately these processes can take a long time, so we can only be hopeful there is no sale yet, as there is still an open oppertunity and that goes for the fact we still got a website up, and had that recent restructing info in recent months. Keep your eyes peeled and share what you might find, I been checking things weekly
