Amigo Resources Share Price (AMGO)

I've no idea about gold mining so sounds great to me! I dunno, they've found over £3m of new investments someone thinks its worth a decent punt!

News was not particularly great.

If you compare exploration results of others of similar nature, the findings were pretty small.

All sounds good to the untrained ear (I'm not fully understanding) but I know someone who is.

Still there is potential here if they can find something more prominent.

Wow the share price has actually ended up going down after today's great news. Mad!!!!!!

Amigo Resources doesn't need an RTO to become a mining company. It already is one. It's already changed its business from lending to mining, changed its name to Amigo Resources, acquired mining interests, and obtained processing licences.

An RTO may be one route to accelerate growth or acquire larger assets, but I can't see why that's a 'legal' requirement for the company to operate as a mining business.

The interim results released yesterday state that Amigo has successfully shifted from a non-operating cash entity, to a listed vehicle, focused on natural resource exploration in Africa. Have a read of yesterday's interim results.

They do not absolutely have to do an RTO, but without one, they will always been seen as a sort of shell company, a few assets under them, and will go nowhere.. And they mention RTO in every single RNS, thus the market s waiting for that. The company will not re-rate until it happens.
