nothing! Despite the seemingly positive sentiment this week, the threat of a rig arriving, a new separator, a crane on site and the talk of an RNS being imminent. Give it a few hours and no doubt we will see the "RNS Monday morning posts"!
Monday morning will be just like any other with no news and then waiting with baited breath each working day for the rest of the week expecting news only to be disappointed again. It really is a case of "eat, sleep, no rig / no news, repeat"!
I'm a holder since October 2018 and now getting frustrated for at the least the 3rd time in that relatively short period with this share. Not expecting to make mega returns in that timeframe but we should be seeing some upwards movement by now that at least keeps me out of the red!
Exactly the way they want PIs to feel
I am afraid--ANDY--that is how it has been for months--we get a tick up the morning of 2.56% and then by the afternoon it is down the same amount. I am 34% in the red-much better than some I guess, but no point in selling any more at a loss so wait for eventual rig and maybe a slight tick up--one can hope!!
I always become confused about the 2.56%, we have a sea of blue and in the time I've been watching the share this morning it has fallen to 0% again. It must be the manipulation of the bid offer spread or something, because it is not because of people selling. Holding tight.
Rupert--for some reason the UKOG sp has done this consistently over the last few months--there are posters on here far better qualified than me who may respond to your query with a logical answer----then again!!!
The chart is looking strong on the hourly.
Looks like it’s going test 1.05p which was breached this morning.
Then onto 1.12p.
Finally going in the right direction with the moving averages turning upwards.
All good!
GLA!
I wish we could sustain this rise till the close but similarly I would not be surprised at a late drop to zero rise, as has been done for days!
Maybe Brocal, but if its ever got a chance to sustain a rise I think today is the day - I'm not saying the rig will definitely turn up at some point in the next 3 days but then again, it wouldn't be a huge surprise if it did.
Monday morning RNS????
Dog - the rig is very very unlikely to appear before Monday at the earliest
it requires something like 40 truck loadsof kit and they can't move a thing Sat p/m or Sunday
No-one will start a rig move with only 4-6 hours of the day available so today is already shot , Saturday is very tough (and Sat is a good day for the swampies to get help) and Sunday is out
I'm starting to think they still don't have a rig on contract and we'll be lucky to see it in the next 3 weeks TBH - hope I'm wrong
40 truck loads seems rather a lot, but I do agree it is unlikely to arrive over the weekend.
40 lorry loads, what a load of rubbish, actual rig is on one low loader.
The site looks ready, new big bertha Oil / gas separator has arrived and is sited near HH2 well head. Original separator is still working near HH1
49 trucks! Sounds unlikely. As for the rig:
Once the final Oil and Gas Authority ("OGA") drilling approval is granted and the rig has completed its prior commitments to other parties, we will then commence operations.
Certainly seems the have a specific rig booked in
Looks like Mirasol wants the price to go down so that just before close of play so he can buy in, just in case the rig arrives over the weekend or very early Monday morning.
Its a good strategy to be fair
49 trucks: it's a rig, not the Rolling Stones on tour!
PS: that would be a gig!
40 trucks. Hahaha. Oh how we laugh. Maybe it's a north sea rig.
Look at the pictures of Broadford Bridge boys... sure the rig itself is one truck - then there are all the pumps, the mud tanks, the drill pipe, the chemicals , the crew quarters, the mud logging shack, the shakers, the winches........................ and tell me how you get that on one truck.......

Mirasol
No one said it all fits on 1 truck but you were exaggerating when you said 40 trucks and yes it could all arrive very early Monday morning.
I count over 30 container sized units on the Broadford Bridge picture -there are currently maybe 5 on site for the well test - plus the shakers, the drill pipe, the racking and the mud pits as well as the basic rig..............................
40 trucks still a bit OTT. Are the crew getting a truck each?
No but just look at all the kit they deploy - I'm not sure what half of it is but I'm sure they don't hire it for the sake of it................. and all of it has to be there before they start a new borehole.
And of course that is IN ADDITION to most of what is there right now - that's the basic test set up and that will all be required to stay to keep pumping. Probably a couple of the offices and the security hutch can be used for both - and of course the Grandstand.......
Those pictures are two years old. Saint's preserve us
On the hourly? What clock are you on, lettuce washing?
Bridge---I really do hate to say it but---what did I say earlier on?? So frustrating.
On a lighter note about the 40 lorries. Years ago someone sent me a--Learn Spanish and it started---Forti lorris inrow etc
