Qwerty,
Let me start by saying an excellent choice of username, very easy to type. Thank you.
You could label my investment point of view as "rose colored spectacled" but all it is based upon is available data/information and an attempt to join it all up based on what has been observed before and predicting what it might result into.
The reality at the moment is all that can be observed and is known factually. It definitely is not 0.5p at the moment. It could be the reality at some point in the future and I would have to say well predicted in that case.
In all relevant RNSs below is said about Horsehill,
"Oil field with three productive and commercially viable zones, EWT ongoing, two further wells HH-1z and HH-2 scheduled in Q2 2019, development underway subject to grant of planning consent, expected in Q3 2019."
So not sure what is factually right/wrong.
Great point Cardinal3. It is self interest with a wider point. It is possible that this one is rejected given your point. Do you suggest raising a generic one calling mineral planning decisions to be moved away from councils to the central government?
You are correct Brocal. It is currently being assessed and will be published once it meets the required standards. I will share it once again after it is published. In the meanwhile you can comment on the planning application using link below

I think you can see it only after it is published which can take a week's time. It is published based on the criteria below

Hope it meets the standards. While it is being assessed I have shared the contents of the petition in previous posts.
Thanks LSE337. For those who recently logged in,

My petition:
Allow UKOG PLC to produce oil and gas from weald basin licences
The local planning authorities seem to be influenced by vocal minorities who scaremonger people inducing delays and unnecessary objections to very scientific and detailed applications made by UKOG. Planning decisions which affect the nation should perhaps be taken by the central government.
The government has emphasized the importance of sustainable onshore oil and gas exploration, appraisal and production in the national planning policy framework given the benefits of reducing imports, creating jobs, community benefits and sustainable transition away from coal to cleaner energy. Mineral resources of the country are for the benefit of all and control of these resources by local authorities and residents influenced by vocal unscientific minorities disregards the greater good for the majority.
Ohmetoe,
Thanks for that information. For those interested in commenting directly link below,

Signing the petition won't hurt either. The wider ask is to rethink if decisions related to a resource which is shared by the country should be taken by local authorities and communities.
Thanks to the first five folks who signed. The petition is now under review and will be published if it meets the criteria below.

The idea is to get as many signatures as possible and then forward the link to the petition to SCC before June 26 2019 which is the closing date for comments. The long term objective is to convince the government that decisions related to shared resources of the country are not taken by the local councils and communities who are often ill informed and influenced by vocal unscientific minorities.

Spread the word!
I received a letter from SCC about updates to the Horse Hill planning application. There is an option to make new comments and also to submit a petition before June 26. I am thinking of creating a petition to support UKOG produce oil and gas from their weald basin licences sighting the benefits in terms of reduced imports, energy security, job benefits, community benefits and sustainable transition away from coal to cleaner sources. I am about to write the background and I will need 5 email addresses to start the petition. Anybody happy to support and later spread the word?
