I remember being told that I must be an idiot if I don’t think the seeds were worth $1 each, apparently they were a commodity !
Was invested in days of HNR, still am !
Should have been called Trevor Antonio Resources, TAR !!!
Amazing what has been unearthed, and yet to be, dodgy seed deals, shares to seed staff, the disappearing hydrogen, etc...
Yeh they're complete clowns, good to see shareholders all understand how terrible keeping them onboard is for the company
Antonio & Trevor are a couple of clowns & have only ever been out to line their own pockets. Someone should do a timeline dating back to when this was an oil company, just with no oil.
My 215k shares voted for the resolutions
My 496k shares have voted for the resolutions
Dont think I have ever seen a vote so one-sided. Great stuff from all shareholders! Callum will be back in the drivers seat in no time.
As previously declared on this board, I confirm having cast a total of 3,384,500 votes in support of all resolutions in respect of shareholdings held in 4 Interactive Investor Accounts.
Guys, this is all completely staggering!
This should make the front page when it hits.
At least Trevor & Antonio will have the consolation of being front page news for a day.
They might even get their pics in the paper.
Callum will be completely vindicated.
The People have spoken.
Further to my conversation with you yesterday I then received later an email from Lloyds and voted all resolutions for my 954,700 shares.
Appreciate the time you spend for all concerned to give an insight to where we stand.
Our declared votes for all Resolutions are now 105,290,220 (just over 1105 million)
Recent additions to our previous total of 22,912,402 are:
Hydraulic extra 4,000
BoredOfYourWaffel 406,000
SCSC 517,000
CitizenMatt 500,000
Hungryjaxx 185,000
Snaggs 215,818
Swanyy27 & Chris 79,975,000
Tongpo 500,000
ShazbotNaNuNaNu 75,000
The above is about 82,377,818 making currently declared about 105 million.
Trevor & Antonio still only have 2.75%
Ox Distributing (Eric Schrader) has 42,739,994 and if Eric is with Trevor & Antonio, they can only muster a total of 56,639,994 which would mean we are in the lead by almost 49 million with many millions of shareholders who have not disclosed on our B.B. but have said to friends that they are voting for change.
If Trevor & Antonio take this to the vote, they will be embarrassed by the strength of ordinary shareholders who would like them to exit and to carry on is shocking in my opinion.
RKB
PS With the above figures we would have 65% of the votes cast and they would have 35% of the votes cast. When the final figures are released (if the General Meeting is still held, then their votes will probably be less than 15% and shareholder democracy will have something like 85%. It appears to me that Trevor & Antonio don’t do arithmetic.
Slight increase in the voting intentions for All Resolutions is now about 22,912,402
Trevor & Antonio still only have 2.75%
I have not tried to embellish the percentage of shareholders who are voting to remove Trevor & Antonio, I have not added any fictitious shareholdings, some shareholders do not want to disclose their shareholdings (understandably) but for both Americans to try to cling on till September only shows their naivety as to their time is up.
RKB
On Friday I Posted the voting for All Resolutions was about 18,787,402
Flipflop78 has 200,000 and I spoke to a good friend6 on Saturday and he has close to 2 million and his friend7 also has 2 million, so that is an additional 4.1 million.
Running total is now about 22,887,402 or about 4.52% and only including J Swan’s 13.45% we have declared shareholders of about 17.97%.
Trevor & Antonio only have 2.75% and if Eric was on the losing side then they can only muster 11.19%
RKB
I also have 200,000 shares and will be voting for JS resolution
Yesterday the shareholdings voting for All Resolutions was about 15,187,402 and a few friends contacted me via Twitter as they did not want to disclose their shareholdings on LSE South East
Additional Shareholdings:
Friend 4 2,000,000
Friend 5 600,000
Lyonsden 340,000
Alfie2501 660,000
This is an additional 3,600,000 so currently we have disclosed shareholdings that will be voting to replace Trevor Taylor & Antonio Russo of about 18,787,402
Don’t forget we also have Johnathan Swan’s 68 million shares along with many millions in the Telegram Group.

PS A song dedicated to Trevor & Antonio.

From a shareholders point of view it would be particularly 'brain dead' to vote against the resolutions. Once resolved i believe double figures will be achieved within a short period. Lets hope callum can get back to his usual ways once reinstated.
I cannot see anyone voting against the resolutions. Anyone with skin in the game will be voting for the reinstatement of Callum - we all know how crucial he is to the company's success.
I shall be voting for JS resolution, I’m with EQI , link below is how to vote , I suggest other nearer the time post a link of how to vote on their platform . I’ll post link again nearer time .

RKB ....... I can assure you many tens of millions of shares will be backing the resolutions who have not posted or chose not to post...... it should be a landslide in favour of (but people have to vote and not just expect others to do it !!)
BoD’s shareholdings cancelled out.
Trevor Taylor & Antonio Russo each have a shareholding of 6,950,000 (total 13,900,000)
The list below was compiled from Posters who disclosed their shareholdings on LSE South East only on Wednesday 1st of May 2024.
If a Poster has given an approximate number, I have reduced their shareholding by 10,000.
One friend did not Post but has informed me that they have 2,423,320
I will request my three friends to Post their shareholdings so that Trevor & Antonio are aware that I am not trying to distort the level of angst directed at them.

Current disclosed shareholdings on LSE South East 15,187,402
Within one day of compiling some shareholdings, we have sufficient numbers to negate both Trevor & Antonio’s shareholdings. Eric’s shareholding (if not voting with us) will be insufficient to counter Johnathan Swans 68 million shares by about 25 million.
.
Its just after 5pm In Denver so Trevor & Antonio will be able to sleep well tonight knowing that it is time to do what is best for Chill Brands Group.
RKB
PS I would like to thank everyone who disclosed their shareholdings.
