SXX failed because they messed up the calculations for the tunnel dimensions, resulting in a need to raise additional significant funds against a backdrop of falling investor confidence and an over-reliance that the UK Gov major infrastructure projects funding would bail them out (it didn’t!).
It's a statistical test, P value must be below a set value in order for the difference between IMP and Placebo to be considered statistically significant. There is a probability that the difference between IMP and Placebo could have occurred regardless of any therapeutic effect of the drug, the P test for significance reduces the possibility that the difference occurred by chance.
Do you think Poly would wait 12 months to avoid the take over code ref. highest price paid in preceding 12 months?
I’m really struggling to see what’s next and with so little news it’s tempting to start filling the void!
DNL just received a cash offer and SP up 130%, many holders will be forced to realise a loss now. Who here would be happy to get out 130% up from here? My average is close to £1.80 so I'd feel a little short changed by the BOD if it happened to SNG.
True value will be about $45k revenue! Where is the pipeline? How many prospective IM target companies have moved to source financing elsewhere? First IM is far from the golden bullet, in fact it will reveal just how dire the situation is with SYME. What happens after the first IM, how much longer before the next one? Inventory financing already exists it's even advertised on LBC radio, this isn't a revolutionary concept and hence delays are inexplicable.
Guess I was right! To be fair there were only only 3 possibilities but using my knowledge of recent SP history I was able to make my prediction a little more informed.
Never heard such BS. Firstly the spread on here is never that accurate and secondly if you buy with such a huge spread you are instantly at relatively significant loss. There will be very few buyers with such a wide spread and MMs will keep the spread wide if there is a risk of volatility (dumping of shares - think what’s coming!) or low liquidity. It’s nothing to do with MMs wanting shares.
Tell me why someone who is invested here needs to post the same drivel day in day out? Surely if you believed in your investment so much you wouldn’t need to be here seeking reassurance and posting messages of positivity all the time. You’d have so much confidence in AZ that you could sit back and relax and do something better with your time?
Let’s be honest here, people talking this down are not derampers they are LTH who are fed up with AZ and SYMEs performance, delays and missed deadlines. The performance of the company itself is driving the SP not posts on here be they positive or critical.
It's a bit presumptuous to assume the proceeds of the sale would be distributed to shareholders' when it's not that long ago that the company decided not to pay the interim dividend. The cash is more likely to sit on the balance sheet for working capital purposes.
Sat in the garden this morning enjoying my breakfast and a flock of starlings descended on the lawn. I’d never seen them before, they must have had a whiff of something, perhaps news of some tasty morsels. It was a fleeting visit, they descended, took what they wanted, disturbed all the other birds in the process and flew off, probably never to be seen again. It reminded me of this bulletin board, where are the noisy vocal starlings of the last few days? The ones that were quick to chastise you if you dared to criticise SYME, express a distrust of AZ or even apply a modicum of critical thinking? They’ve took what they wanted and now they’ve gone!!!!!!!
