Dangling a carrot. No one from tsp has yet to report the truth about the IP. It is not only in contention but most likely does not work. After speaking with some US orthopaedic specialists it seems the regular pathway for a 'novel' technology is not available to tsp. FDA has most likely already communicated this to them hence the never ending delay. Anything that is truly new and has no comparable must go through a significantly more expensive, rigorous, expensive and lengthy process. In addition the very small market the cervilok would be involved in is already crowded. The IP is but a red herring. All moves now are to help hide the crooks hide there tracks. Rotten to the core, rotten from the start.
Meant jailtime was served
I am learning so much about UK markets with this company. So a founder that put $0 into a company that "assigns" his IP that is going to change the world is issued 20 million unrestricted shares of stock, gets paid monthly consulting fees, leads and losses a coup to overcome company because he doesnt know how to count how many shares the crooks control, takes "asssigned" IP back which leaves shareholders with zero assets after he is fired by TSP, etc. So now he is allowed to sell shares at above market prices to insiders? In the US there was a companies called Enron, HealthSouth, MCI, etc. that did this and jail time was sold.
In the UK it appears to be just another day in Gatwick. All of these clowns should get the William Wallace treatment.
How would we ever know who sold shares in a market? That's the nature of a market. It looks like there was a sale of 612,000 shares on 19th at 0.61p and then Geoff Miller picked up 500,000 on 20th at 0.75p. I guess that the remainder maybe filled a short position the market maker had. What's the mystery?
It was a purchase of shares but who owned them ? You will never know lol
You bought yesterday ? How many ? Where?
How is buying in the market "under the counter shares"? I was a purchase reported through the market yesterday. I am struggling to see how this is anything but quite promising news.
So the 1/2 million was just GM topping up from under the counter shares 🤦♀️
Correction, 20 million reported shares not including the dodgy bit he has hidden in the nominee accounts.
Enjoy the show!
According to TSP website FBs trust fund sold 2.5 million shares , down from 20million to 17.5million .BOD and its partners now own over 37% of shares legitimately that is 🤦♀️
So now we have Oberon upping there share , yes the company that employs the dodgy director who used to work for primorus and got them to invest £500k in TSP that never made it into accounts . lol 😂 kiss goodbye to TSP
What's happening, in my view, is that the other investment and pension companies, as well as people involved, are positioning themselves in Truspine better or acting on the additional warrants.
My position remains Strong Buy, I think we'll still have to wait longer than expected for the FDA, but it looks in my view to be in a decent position.
You've been around for quite sometime to still not invested BB. Your confidence suggests your more likely a "friend" of the company . Keep ramping.
Yes new chairman now wins all votes . So can delist . Liquidation turn into a shell company well done GM you e pulled out 9.6 million shares from thin air
Big TR1. Something going on here. Derampers can say what they want but something is brewing
There is never a change in the company management, only additions to the cast of crooks. That's because they all have the goods on each other and best keep enemies close, right! Touting a failure such as Laurence as "new" management at the time was laughable at best. The man has been involved for years and was responsible for the raising and subsequent mass pilfering of Annabel's money and her ultimate sacking. His predecessor, the simpleton Roberts, remains employed and now touts himself as the medical director of Truspine? Medical Director? And all along Norman remains slithering amongst the books as his hidden handlers instruct.
And what actual prove is there that any money been invested in TSP ? What you expect us all to believe a RNS from TSP after all the garbage that’s been put out before ? 😂 for FS get a grip .cant you remember Daytrade 250 and Dazzler that used to be on here , same person using two accounts one ramping and other to negative posts , well there’s still a lot of that going on here but now it’s comical.
£100k is a cheap smoke screen as you try and change the narrative
Captain, I don’t know what or who your trying to be but no one in the Uk would use this term in this context .
depends on how much you want. The trades under 500 on here seem to have closed at 0.5p, bigger ones went up to 0.6 or 0.7p when people wanted 1000s of quids worth.
If you’re trying to be British I’m sorry but we don’t use the word QUIDS in such grammar. We would say £1,000s of pounds maybe if your some gangster or low level drug dealer .
Think you been watching to many episodes of Peaky binders .
That’s all fine but answer me this one question:
Why invest well over £100k at a 100% premium
i am trying to figure out which of the cast of liars you and bunsenburner are from this company. could you show us a picture of your refrigerator and perhaps that would help shed some light.
you two are such amatuers and if you are not associated with this **** show, can you provide a list of medical startups that you both have invested in that have the following characteristics:
1. no proper ownership of ip
2. no documentation backing fda process claims
3. questionable accounting practices with overinflated intangible assets that will have to be written off
4. a company that is bankrupt with payables that havent paid in over 3 years
5. a device that is over 5 years old and made public to be duplicated by other players if the disruption to the industry was truly real as they have claimed
6. a device company without a medical advisory board
7. a medical device company being developed in a country with socialize medicine which provides zero market potential except internationally
8. a management team with zero years medical device team
i have plenty more but if you two can show me proof of another successful device company that you have invested in like this then maybe i can believe your alchemy. otherwise go back cooking books, double dealing and lying with the rest of the band of thieves associated with this crap.
cheers
I thought you said ta ta goodbye addios c u L ? Captain America/ kowinka/ ?
Bunsen - Well hopefully you have a funded trading account if you want to buy. Just my views, I think, but can't confirm, it depends on how much you want. The trades under 500 on here seem to have closed at 0.5p, bigger ones went up to 0.6 or 0.7p when people wanted 1000s of quids worth. Seems to complete instantly, seems there's a massive a sell order going at a low rate to me.
I think at this point it's mostly in the bag, but still could take longer than expected. My view, still advantageous if it gives people time to get in, though not so great if you're expecting this to skyrocket tomorrow.
On the cusp of FDA... LMAO
The new directors need to have a proper look under the bonnet and not just since Listing.
Nik and Tim, utterly useless NEDs need to be kissed goodbye and not remunerated for doing nothing. Ditto all the Advisors... including the utterly useless auditors who must have been receiving brown envelopes. Ditto the registrars who can't seem to be able to count.
Go on bunsenburner sell your house cash In Your pension empty your bank account and go all in sh*t or bust you go for it . It’s got to be a no brainer what with chairman snapping up shares at these prices after years of neglect of company and failure to achieve anything apart from running up mountains of unpaid bills and failed FDA applications on the only product to see light of day , that’s now so outdated even the new Bod are going to give up on it .
