So started up new company in March 2025 and already they(him) invested in TSP , it really is laughable .

Company being diluted by CEO for his own gain.

So the new investment comes from Geoff other company buying shares!So when they state they are talking to new investors they are actually looking into mirror .

Some poor share holders in Geoffs other companies are buying shares in Geoffs other company .

Wow who just got over 7 million shares on 28th March and why no RNS ? Is it a leaving present for N L ? But then again why is NL still listed on BOD on company house ? Is there anyone in office doing administrative work ?

Interesting to see a certain Mr T C is listed has part of the team .

I’m just curious to know why the shareholders info on TSP hub hasn’t ben updated since 19/6/24 ? Surely it’s a legal requirement to keep it updated ? Is there anyone manning the offices nowadays ?

What’s happened to truspine hub ?

I’ve asked several questions since Christmas on there and not got any notification to say they’ve been seen by Geoff and no answers either !

What happened to the European company they stated had joined up with ? When’s AGM they said would be happening back in October where Norman Lott was going to retire ?

I know they won’t give any news on FDA .

The shares what was sold (over 4 million ) in one transaction who was the seller ? Surely an RNS should have followed a large sale ?

Where is the list on tsp website that used to show % of shares owned by BOD members ?

Obviously I knew about it because I came across the website months ago

and I started to follow TSP on it in case they ever caught up with the 21st century and got an email from the website to say TSP are having an online meeting .

What I don’t understand is why TSP never released the information on their own website so shareholders knew about it and could ask questions!

What’s the point of TSP portal if they don’t release such vital information ?

Why wasn’t the online meeting advertised on TruSpine tech website ?

Why was it just by luck that I found the website hosting the online meeting ?

Why didn’t TruSpine PR guru advertise the meeting ?

Oh well I’ve decided to enough is enough and going to leave the fight and pray that one day the SP miraculously recovers to pre ipo status good luck fella investors over and out .

Now that TSP have admitted that they are working with Frank B on the live video ,it seems strange that it was Frank who caused the SP to crash when he walked away with the I P ,also strange that they are going to offer the current shareholders the chance to buy more shares when they become available just so we can reduce our losses on price we paid pre IPO , how very thoughtful of them 🤦‍♀️

So Frank is going to be working on the FDA something that’s taken over 7 years to date .

This also the man that has stated he knew it was a scam shortly after the IPO took place ! So why would you go back and work for the company Frank?

HasTC sold his share of Ip ? I somehow doubt it
