Ok so I’m going to give my opinion on what could be going on .

The £1.5million investment supposedly in the background sounds very similar to the LOI that was offered last year by Troy .

If it is him they have a chance of saving company and cervi-lok (only if he puts in condition that NLgoes ).

If it turns out that the £1.5 million is coming from companies already associated with chairman or TSP already then cervi-lok is a 🦤,and they have no intention of getting FdA clearance and will be diversifying into biotechnology.

i’m sure it said in city am report that anthony ex sales rep for tsp was taking legal action against tsp ? seems weird then that he likes everything they release about company on linkedin 🤔

My understanding is that TC was promised shares that he didn't receive .To follow up on this statement you have made , where did you gather this intel from ?

You acknowledge that MU kept things hidden from employees at TSP , so do you not believe that TC could of been kept in the dark about the agreement signed by FB and MU for purchase of his share of I P ?

If it’s true that TC was unaware of the transfer of IP ownership and the statements you are making about him I certainly wouldn’t blame TC for never selling his share of I P to TSP and rather see it gathering dust .

So after thinking about some of the revelations in latest city am report and the fact the I P was always owned by two people but only FB got paid 20 million shares for I P and whatever else I reckon the other 50% I P owner is owed nearly £7 million going on floatation price of 35p for 20 million shares .

I personally think it’s only fair that he sues FB for this amount .Why should us poor investors pay for FB greed and underhand dealings with TSP ?

Seeing that the other bloke now stated that he never intends to hand over his 50% ownership of cervi-lok IP to anyone what does Geoff have to say in response ?

Maybe Mr Green can ask him to actually now show prove of ownership of I P and written prove of FDA application and all responses from FDA to application since 2017 , because that’s how long it goes back .

It certainly muddied the waters , and can’t understand why Geoff would vote to keep NL in company if wanted a clean sweep of wrong doings .

Was also interesting to see that the ex sales rep in USA was taking legal action against TSP, to be fair should be other way round after all he got 18 months of wages for what exactly ?

I’ve worked it out !

If you look at the resolutions on AGM it says to vote all has Directors , a little misleading but only Sam and Geoff actually made it to top table .

Now if it had of said to vote for Sam has a director and Tim and Nik for NED it would of stuck out but the way it’s all worded blends into not draw attention to it 🤦‍♀️

When did Sam get promoted from NED ?

The questions green was asking seemed to come from reading LSE forum lol , even I got a mention for sarcasm of posing that GM started college at 8 years old .

I’m not 100% convinced by what’s still going on because we know who’s still left at TSP !

FB is obviously skint and prepared to sell of his child’s inheritance to pay household bills unfortunate that .

I can only hope that the £1.5milliin does come they then pay off outstanding debts and IP problems then with left over £250k they can get FDA sorted .

So the results are now visible on TSP website , it shows the support was close for NL but the rest were pretty untested in reality .

Having just watched the video , what is there not to like , obviously company is not going to be just a one trick pony and looking at other things for future platforms , not only that but working alongside of like minded companies can only be beneficial for us shareholders , so if anyone wants out just sell up it’s that easy . Roll on happier days with TruSPine Tech 🥳

Look on bright side of life , FB is back the inventor of cervi-lok what’s not to like .

Surely it’s more important to get behind this soon to be a thriving company and give them our support , it’s all looking good to me from now on .

What could be better than having the inventor back working with TSP ?
