Yes what a knob lol , who the hell invests that amount into a company with shady characters and no past successes.

People like that get all they deserve and now the fools put it all out into general view , bet his neighbours are wetting themselves laughing .

Confidence is shattered in this company , only person who bought was member of BOD , all other investors are selling up .

They simply had enough of the false information released and lack of progression.

The BOD have got a lot to do at the AGM in convincing shareholders of actual prove of ownership of I P and produce evidence of actual FDA submissions.

What data is outstanding ? We don’t have any data because we can’t anff to pay off outstanding debts, but hopefully we can get another influx of money out of a pension company and have a few more cocaine and hookers parties before we croak it .

Sorry bb I didn’t see your post yesterday , busy writing at the time , are you trying to say that TSP as such will no longer be what we know it has ?

Are you trying to say that you think it will no longer even try for FDA and not bothered who owns I P because they will sell company has a shell for something else to park in ?

That would be only thing that makes sense , current chairman investing his money knowing that it’s going to have a sell on value .

Also it casts a very dark shadow over Mr FB , why would he knowingly sign a contract with someone who hasn’t anything to do with TSP , just goes to show how crooked they all are .

Unfortunately for TSP they didn’t plan for it to go this far down the road and were hoping to just take the money and run , but because of all the people watching them now they’ve had to keep dragging it on until they can find an exit door .

Makes me wonder , why would FB an inventor in the USA get involved with these crooks ,I’m guessing he met up with like minded people whilst serving time in penitentiary who give him the ideas .

That’s very mature Bunsen , but you still don’t seem to have any answers to why someone who didn’t never has been involved with TSP would sign a contract for the purchase of the I P for 20 million shares in a company that doesn’t have shares to even pay with .

So now we know TSP don’t actually own the I P I guess it’s over to Aquis to suspend this share and call in higher authority , otherwise it just stinks of corruption all around .

Following on from that , if TSP never owned the IP in the first place , then surely anyone who’s bought shares have been lied to , for the reason I only invested in company was because they stated in admissions documents that TSP owned the I P and FDA would be completed shortly after 🤦‍♀️If they never even owed it back in 2020 then can’t we sue the sh^* out of them at least or needs reporting for mis- selling. 25 years in prison should do .

Well that’s interesting to say the least , because I bought my shares throu another company Norman was a director of (Copian Capitol) no doubt he was just selling the shares for Haleride and getting commission for doing a job for his other company 🤦‍♀️but why was he working for all three companies and selling TSP shares that TSP didn’t even have back then if they all belong to Haleride , it’s all very murky and not sure if it’s even legal ?

Are they going to say where this £1.5 million is coming from before we are expected to vote on accepting it ? Will the £1.5 go towards paying off all the debts we know about and are they going to show definite prove of ownership of IP before we vote ? Because failure to do any surely means the vote will only be passed because they now have the majority voting rights !

Now AGM been put back till May surely then can sort out internet and set up a zoom for us foreign investors .

From my research , my understanding is that there was 3 people involved in the conception of the product and was initially registered at patent office under those 3 names , but FB tried to be sneaky to say the least .

I’m not sure what papers TSP have tried to register at patent office but none of it is legitimate .

Until TSP either pay the other inventors what is owed to them for their legal portion of the device or some sort of legal action is taken then there is no way to proceed with anything and FDA clearance is just a pipe dream .

But I’m sure all this will be cleared up at next AGM in April when GM and LS will have some serious questions being asked by shareholders .

So according to his latest podcast ,Alan is stating that FB tried to sue TSP for I P and lost well there you have it then , case closed , but Geoff is only person buying shares in TSP with such confidence from other posters on here I don’t understand why ?
